> **Vantaggi**: It has been a practical tool for keeping ALL organized. I mainly use it to centralize bookings, manage cleaners/cleaning times, automate guest messages, and streamline the check-in/check-out process.

> **Inconvenienti**: Pricing does adding up.. an initial annual fee and then monthly charges is quite ridic. Seems subscription cost for smaller hosts is more pricey as compared to their  enterprise solution? Also syncing issues sometimes.

> Instead of jumping between platforms, it has helped me monitor my reservations, thereby triggering a more effective guest response time/feedback
