Imbattibile

Commenti: Che vogliate organizzare i vostri task con il metodo GTD, con il metodo P.A.R.A o utilizzando le matrici di Eisenhower, o anche se non ve ne importa nulla dei veri metodi di gestione delle attività e volete una semplice gestione aggiungi-e-completa, TickTick è perfetto per tutti.
Ho letteralmente provato dozzine di app per la gestione dei task e progetti e questa, a mio avviso, le batte tutte.
E nella versione mobile è presente la splendida funzione di revisione dei task: ti permette di scorrere tutti i tui task non completati in un'interfaccia studiata apposta per poter velocemente ripianificare i task.
Aggiungo, infine, anche le funzioni pomodoro e gestione delle abitudini, per motivarti a mantenere uno stile di vita più sano. Insostituibile.

Il prodotto è molto facile da usare con un’interfaccia grafica molto appagante. È uno strumento che predispone anche di un pomo timer (tecnica del pomodoro), che aiuta nel raggiungimento dei task senza distrarsi.

Best todo list app with lot of additional functions

Commenti: It is best value for this price. It has everything you need from todo app, plus you get tons of useful features

Copying task lists from email is super easy. It separates all lines into separate tasks automatically. Also pomodoro timer is very useful. Of course there is also calendar view

Some shortcuts are bit difficult to use keyboard location-wise like ~ symbol. Natural language processing is not so good like Todoist, but it's totally enough

TickTick is my tech sidekick.

Commenti: TickTick allows me to quickly input notes, tasks, or anything else from wherever I am. There is web functionality along with a full set of desktop and mobile apps. I can then sort through my inbox in TickTick, look at today or this week, filter by tag, add headings to my lists to further separate, etc. I absolutely love it. I never lose track of anything! It has awesome built-in features like a calendar, habit tracker, and Eisenhower matrix for prioritizing. You can also turn a task into a note, add subtasks, pop tasks/notes out into a sticky note...

One of the best things about TickTick is the versatility. You can keep it SUPER simple, or build out an entire system. You can manage your calendar, habits, tasks, notes, and lists- or just jot down quick to-do's. There are many ways to organize and view tasks, lots of customization options, and a flow that makes sense. There's also a built-in Pomodoro timer, which I love!

Aspetti negativi:

For the most part, I don't think anything is really missing! I'd like to see more appearance customization options within the web app... that's about it.

Customer service completely destroyed the experience

Commenti: In the end, I decided the software wasn't for me. However, I still felt it was useful for others and would have happily recommended it to others. They offer a 14-day refund policy, so since I was within the 14 day window, I followed their steps to request a refund. Well after the 14-day window passed, they had not opened my emails or responded in any way. I had to open a dispute with Paypal, at which point it seems TickTick lied to Paypal because they closed my dispute saying that TickTick had issued the refund. I then sent an email to the email address listed in the Paypal dispute, and it was only after I finally messaged them on Facebook and stated that I would post negative reviews that I got any response from anyone at all. Their customer service absolutely destroyed them for me. I would never recommend them to anyone for that reason alone. No matter how good a software may otherwise be, if I'm not able to see that they're backed up by good customer service, they're just not a viable option.

I liked the idea that I could use the software as a one-stop shopping for my calendar, to-do list, and more. The idea of combining a calendar for those tasks that had a due date and a to-do list for tasks that didn't was very appealing.

Aspetti negativi:

It didn't offer me reminders in the way that Google Calendar does, so it ended up being pretty ineffective for me. Without reminders, if I forgot to look at the calendar (which I often forgot), I'd end up missing things.

User friendly

I've been searching for software like this for years

Commenti: Amazing. I strongly recomend TickTick for individuals - students or entrepreneurs - who need a simple, but powerful task management software.

TickTick is simple – not only in the terms of design, but also features, which I consider to be amazing. The problem I have with a lot of task management tools is that for an individual (I don't use TickTick in my team) they just offer too much features, which can be annoying and distracting. Creating tasks in TickTick is fast, and the lists (the same as tags) are transparent – you just can't lose yourself in a ton of assignments. Reminders are also cool, as the sound isn't loud and there are a lot of options which allow customizing them (e.g. set a reminder 1 day ahead, 1h 15 min ahead etc.). Before I used to change the task management software about every 3-6 months. I stick with TickTick for at least 1,5 year and I'm extremely satisfied. The synch with mobile phone is also working well.

I miss the Kanban board feature for the Today/Tomorrow category.

Low cost, must to have app for all the students

Simplicity and it's timer functionality is pretty great. It's big heart which gives free version for a long period of time and it's cost is very less. That's great.

TickTick Review

Commenti: My overall experience with the application surpassed my expectations. My personal favorite task manager.

Aspetti positivi:

There are several features I really like about the application. Unlike other Task Manager applications, TickTick has it all; things I needed, things I didnt know I needed, and things I dont need but at least I have the option. But I would say what I like most, is time tracking tasks and viewing the time spent on different types of tasks.

Aspetti negativi:

While I have setup the application UI the way I like it, without this the UI would have felt really dated. So overall, the UI could use some sort of redesign for users not willing to customize their UI. There are also opportunities for refinements here and there, but overall I have no complains.

Must Have Productivity App

Commenti: Overall TickTick is perfect for teams and just an amazing tool to use in a company and essential to keep everyone on the same page.TickTick is easy to adopt and useful

Packed with useful features and inexpensive compared to others

Commenti: Time and time again, I find myself returning to TickTick despite leaving it to see if i can find better options out there. Despite some of the cons I have mentioned, I still think this is the most flexible, feature packed daily task management tool out there for the price! Others with only a fraction of the features want double or even quadruple the cost of TickTick and they're usually not even nearly as well done as this platform is. I just wish it had better API for me to integrate with my other tools.

A feature rich checklist and task manager.

Commenti: This is a robust checklist and task manager app that does everything I need it to do and more.

Aspetti positivi:

I use the shared lists for group tasks, grocery lists, etc. My secondary use is for recurring tasks like home and auto maintenance. Works across all platforms, generous free plan, and a standard price if you need a premium account.

Aspetti negativi:

Sometimes premium features work on free accounts and sometimes they don't. I wish the options were removed from view if you plan doesn't include them.

One of the best

Commenti: Quick, affordable (free), available (Android, Windows and Mac!) everywhere, good looking so it's easy to get other people in the company to use it and share the tasks. I rely on it daily and will continue to do so in the future. Please keep the software lean and usable.

Aspetti positivi:

This is the software which finally persuaded me to move away from carrying around physical, paper notebooks and start relying just on my phone and my computer as a to-do list. I like that TickTick is very powerful already in its free tier, I love that it's simple and polished, well designed and quick. It hasn't failed me once, unlike Wunderlist for example. It's great that I can find it on most of the platforms I use, as a standalone app, and not just a wrapped browser window - it shows skill and dedication by the developers which in turn makes me trust them more with my data.

Aspetti negativi:

The premium tier seems a bit too gamified for my taste. I don't need most of the premium features and I would like to remove all the nagging branding and icons. A better way, at least for me, would be to be able to have just a minimal free version and a separate premium one.

Love the Siri Integration

Commenti: I really have loved TickTick and use it daily. I also have started using the pomo focus portion of the app and have found that to be effective.

I was searching for an app that would integrate well with Siri on my phone and I was struggling to find it. When I started using TickTick I finally found one that worked well with Siri and I was able to use it as my "assistant" immediately. I am continually adding tasks to TickTick without ever having to grab my phone and type anything, which is VERY important to me.

Aspetti negativi:

I would love for there to be a bit better export option. I have tried to export a list and it did not show up on the paper the way it was listed on my list.

Amazing Software for Task Management

Best on the market if you like simple UI/UX

Commenti: Keeping a cluttered mind organized has been the best things possible. We often have too much stuff to do and rarely we remember it all. So having a place to dump your ideas and tasks is a must. This way, when you write it down you can "forget about it", cause it's already there on the list and it will get done. Remembering something later on you should have done and didn't do because you forgot you had to do it just sucks.

I first came across this software through some Youtubers I follow. After trying it for a few weeks I was hooked, just a very easy interface to work on and very clean/minimal design make it easy to find stuff and work around the software. For a while I wasn't using most of the features it offered, but after I decided to learn how to use the product at its full potential, things changed. I started to get very organized and could separate topics inside my projects so I could track than better. TickTick also keeps on adding features, like the new Eisenhoward Matrix, which helps to see what's the most important things you NEED to get done first. But overall, what I really love about the software is the simple/minimalist interface design, just great to have and to keep a cluttered mind a more organized and peaceful place.

Aspetti negativi:

I really just wish they could implement a timeline visualization feature, it's the only things that's missing for me. Also, I have googled everywhere to see if there was a feature on how to change the font size on my mac laptop, but it doesn't exist, only if you change the system's settings, which I don't want to do. There should be a zoom/font size feature as well on preferences, that would make it much easier for me on the eyes and not having to change the whole system size, which looks too big.

Useful in managing and collaborating task

I really like TickTick because it has both application on computer and on smartphone. It is easy to check my daily schedule task directly from my smartphone especially when i am not on my computer. I love that the task can be color coded, so i can see instantly which task is on top priority for that day.

Aspetti negativi:

The task feature is limited and has no other means of tracking like time tracking or completion tracking. It is only for a simple task schedule that can notifying me the due date of the task based on the date that i have input earlier. It will be best if the can provide more complex feature to the task.

Tool for managing business... and life

Commenti: Love at the first sight. Using this tool for three years or more. My job consists of a lot of small tasks that occur on daily basis, tool with more kabana feeling would be too complicated. I also summarize meeting or other stuff with list in e-mail and then I copy the list to the task description in TickTick, change task mode to checklist and vouila! Every new line is new item on the checklist. So amazing I can't even <3

I've been looking for an app like this all my smartphone-user-life!

Commenti: I have a notes/lists app that I'm very happy with (Keep by Google), but its reminders feature is not a good fit for me. So for the last few years I've been plowing through various apps and the only one that worked didn't have the possibility to create account, so I've lost all my data when my phone bricked. This prompted me to start the research again, and I'm so glad that I've found TickTick. I don't think I'll look for another app anytime soon, it ticks all my needs.

Aspetti positivi:

It has a minimalist interface with lots of available features that are there if you need them, but hidden if you don't. Many complex apps have a clogged UI that's not very user-friendly if you only need to use it on "simple mode". It's been a pleasant surprise to discover that beneath TickTick's clean interface are lots of features that create powerful use flows. I highly recommend it! + bonus points for having a web version

When a reminder happens in a moment when you really can't deal with it, it can be complicated (in terms of mental bandwidth, not technically) to make an update on the spot. If you dismiss it, it can kinda gets lost in the UI.

Multitasking working life

Commenti: It really deserves an experience, and I wish them to work on minor updates and modifications to it, so that it becomes the most popular and first application in performing daily tasks

Despite its many advantages, it has some very minor defects, including that it may sometimes not adjust my daily needs and work times, and it may also not equate between my free time and work time, as this is a defect in the application.

Essential for whatever phone I have

Commenti: TickTick's Android widget is one of the most important apps on my phone, essential for organizing my bills, remembering dates, creating schedules, and making todo lists. For me, a new phone lacks functionality if it doesn't have it installed.

Aspetti positivi:

What I love the most about TickTick that I haven't seen in similar apps is its Android widget. Don't have to open the app, the widget has my list on the phone screen always so I can see instantly what I need to do, not just today but several days later, and even months later when I scroll down. Also love the color-coded priority setting.

Aspetti negativi:

A bit more functionality or a way of linking to other content on the phone or online would be appreciated, but not really necessary for me.

Best simple task manager available

Commenti: I've been using ticktick for over a year now and I use it daily. My partner and I use it to ensure we are on the same page with our daily tasks, chores, taking care of the dog, etc. It's been a life changer and has increased my productivity drastically.

Aspetti positivi:

Great functionality, you can build smart lists, the calendar view is great, the UI on the mobile app is getting better and better, you can assign tasks, create subtasks, and upload photos.

Aspetti negativi:

The only thing missing is a native time tracking feature within Ticktick. You can integrate with at least one app, but you have to log in to that app to access the data. It would be better to be able to access everything within ticktick. Aside from that, ticktick is great.
