Aspetti positivi:

Il vantaggio principale è la possibilità di trovare le migliori tariffe per effettuare le spedizioni, oltre che la possibilità di gestirle dall'etichetta al monitoraggio fino alla consegna. Per le piccole attività trovo che sia una soluzione vantaggiosa.

Aspetti negativi:

Pirate Ship al livello di spedizioni internazionali, non offre la stessa varietà di tariffe e soluzioni, rispetto ai concorrenti e rispetto al nazionale. Per le attività e ecommerce che hanno clientela estera, è un problema da gestire.

PirateShip is a Business Owners Best Tool For Shipping

PirateShip is an amazing free shipping service that has become a secret weapon of mine as a business owner! Not needing to rely on the website I am selling from (such as Mercari, Poshmark, Depop) for overpriced shipping, and the ease of being able to process multiple orders at once is seriously a game changer!

Its a bummer more people aren't using it! I think if more people that weren't just business owners used PirateShip, we could have more real gifts and letters being sent to people instead of virtual gift cards!

Shipping with Ease

Shipping is expensive. I know this is not the fault of pirate ship but it does make overall cost of shipping a con.

The product is poorly thought out

Their product is fundamentally flawed. I scheduled a pickup yesterday. They didn't arrive all day. Found out, Pirate Ship sent UPS to the destination address to pick it up.Hold on, if the package was already at the destination, then why would I have paid $120 to ship it, to and from THE SAME PLACE. Make it make sense.They used the pickup address from the billing address or something. The address as package origin is correct. The address on the label and the map, it's all correct. Just for some reason, they sent UPS to pick it up at the destination. Clearly, there needs to be some code written to block pickup at the destination. That's just crazy. Why would I have even shipped it if the package was already there?

The website is clear and easily navigable, and it takes only a couple of minutes to set up a shipment. Pirate Ship will find you the best rate, eliminating running all over town with your package (been there, done that). You can also choose to have the carrier pick up at your business, and know ahead of time exactly how much the shipment will cost.

Aspetti negativi:

One time I used it, most of the intransit tracking was provided by the carrier, and seemed to lag actual progress sometimes.

Great easy way to ship packages for small businesses

Commenti: Everything is great with the exception that it doesn't include options to ship via FedEx.

Easy Discount on Shipping Packages

It is very easy to use pirate ship to print labels for UPS/USPS but at a discounted price. The application from pirate ship is actually easier than creating a label directly with USPS or UPS directly.

Best Shipping Management Ever!

My favorite aspects of Pirate Ship are that they save customer names and information to automatically populate the information when shipping to the same company or person again, they provide shipping prices from the 3 big shipping companies (UPS, USPS, and Fedex) and the different levels of shipping speed, and when a mistake is made on a label it is super easy to refund that label.

Aspetti negativi:

The only thing that is slightly annoying about Pirate Ship is that sometimes you can accidentally auto-populate the wrong shipping information, but that is easily handled with their efficient label refund process!

Cheap and Easy way to ship packages

Smooth Sailing

Commenti: My overall experience with the Pirate Ship has been smooth sailing (pun intended). Pirate Ship is easy to use and is very transparent. I also love the fact that I can import orders from my Shopify store into Pirate Ship in order to print labels as well as create labels for packages outside of my Shopify store.

What I like most about this software is that it integrates with my Shopify store, shipping rates are affordable and printing labels are made easy.

Aspetti negativi:

What I like least about this software is if any errors are made with shipping labels, instead of being reimbursed immediately or being able to correct and reprint labels, you have to wait at least 30 days in order to prove that the shipping label was not utilized.

Prices! They negotiate lo prices on all ship rates and have an easy to use portal that makes shipping a breeze. Again I cannot stress enough the savings the pricing structure creates.

One thing would be if you enter any package dims wrong and it ships, it can be surprising on your bill when it comes through that it was adjusted and Pirateship ends up charging you extra. Just make sure your package dims are correct and you should not have a problem.

Ahoy to cheaper mailing labels and better efficiency

Commenti: We're a sock subscription service so Pirate Ship helps us out a lot. It's a great experience that helps us organize our packages and save money.

Aspetti positivi:

Cheaper mailing labels than from our default subscription platform. Customer service is fast and pirate themed haha. Also really like the rubber stamps that allow you to print out labels with categories so it's easy to organize.

Aspetti negativi:

I cant really think of any cons for this service as it's free and awesome. Did have to wait a little bit for refunds, but that was due to USPS.

Absolutely Love Pirate Ship!

Commenti: Overall, Pirate Ship is the only shipping service I would use, despite the fact that they don't integrate with Mercari. In the past year and a half that I have been using Pirate Ship's shipping services, I have had no problems and have saved tons of money from their discounted prices. The convenience and ease of use has played a vital role in the ultimate success of my store. The pros outweigh the one con, and because its a free service, you can't beat it. I have been using Pirate Ship's discounted shipping labels for all my shipping needs, and don't plan on changing that anytime soon.

Shipping Made Easy and Cheap Arrrrg!!!

Commenti: The problems that Pirate Ship solved for me is discounted shipping services, accurate tracking of packages and ease of use. It also allows me to create an address book for any labels that I would possibly re-use in the future. I can create my label, mail or text tracking to the recipient and drop my package or schedule a pick-up.

I have used this software to mail simple packages to customers. It works great to provide a discount over retail USPS services and to compare USPS to Fed Ex or UPS and to track and inform my customer of a package headed their way.

Aspetti negativi:

I have only used the desktop software. I do not have it downloaded to my phone as an app, so I cannot comment on the software as it relates to a phone app. However, the desktop software works flawlessly to mail and track packages.
