Exactly What We Needed

This software is amazing. It is so user friendly, everything is clickable making navigation a total dream. The price is very reasonable. I can't believe we hadn't implemented this sooner.
Aspetti negativi:
There are a few small glitches. For example, with the email reminders in the tickets, it offers to delete down to one reminder, but upon saving, it automatically generates back up to 4 with the new reminders saving as default templates again. I've improvised by changing 2 reminders to the timing that suits our needs and made the other two that don't seem to delete simply a 0 days / default email. I'm not sure yet if this will still email on 0 days or not. I also wish that there was one more level of admin. Currently I am the main admin and then the only other admin level is team admin... but a site admin for locations would be really helpful. Our company has many tiers.

Expiration reminder is easy to use and at a glance you are able to see what documents need to be updated. I also appreciate the ability to set parameters around how we would like reminders to be sent out to employees and volunteers. Customer service and supprt have always been quick to respond.

We have only 100 employee but a lot of documents and certificaions to track and it felt like we hit our maximum storage amount quickly.

Commenti: We are now using it to monitor 8 different categories that see important to our business. This has become a very good control and risk management tool for us.

It is somewhat easy to use with good training and query capabilities. It can be tailored for a variety of things that require reminders of some sort upon expiration. The level of automation is also good with a variety of canned or user generated reminder emails.

It took some getting used to and at times it would have been nice to speak with someone rather than only using electronic methods. However, over time it becomes intuitive.

Review on Expiration Reminder from a Global Company
Commenti: We used it as a way to keep our employees certifications, training records, passport and driver's licenses. Our company sends employees overseas for projects all the time so it was nice having a system that would remind us when to review and it was nice to bulk download item as they were often needed by our clients before we can start sending our people. It was easy to use and served its purpose.

The capacity for storing documents, as well as auto system of sending the expiration report, and the interface for searching needed documents or individual profiles are very user-friendly and professional.
Aspetti negativi:
The latency issue. Its loading and waiting times are quite slow. When downloading bulk documents or searching for large amounts of information, it affects efficiency.

I imagine it can do way more than what I use it for. The only con might be that I've never been approached by anyone with an offer of training or evaluation to see if there is more we could be doing.
