ZooM software helps retailers , distributors,  manufacturers  to manage their on site customers,  account  details  , orders.
This software  also help to plan future activities  and goals  to grow  our business by creating  reports and surveys and analysis, tracking  system.

> **Inconvenienti**: ZooM is not that  much  compatible  for iOS  or Mac.
Although,  I am still using  this software  so I like this software, at start this software's  dashboard  is bit confusing  but after understanding  all the features now I can use this software confidently.

> We used teh free version of Zoom at first for iaccount review meetings. Then during the pandemic, we extended the use of the platform to customer meetings and upgraded to the paid version as the frequency of conferences and the size of the audience increased. Zoom proved to be a very efficient productivity tool and the investement was recovered much quicker than expected through the increase of revenue and fast growth of the sales pipeline.

> **Inconvenienti**: In term of negative, I think there are a lot of room for new features such as creating target or budget in system which act as reminder to the team to meet. In term of implementation, it took a while as it is not easier with Mac operating system.

> Overall, it gives good value for money, especially if the size of organization which is looking for cost friendly tool.
