Simple, Clean, and Intuitive Sytem

Commenti: If there are no firewall issues with your network, set up is a breeze. Creating and uploading your own assets is an easy and an enjoyable experience and there are hundreds of premade templates you can just modify. The system is familiar and intuitive and the price give you your money's worth and more.

Aspetti positivi:

Optisigns was easy to use with a clean interface and an intuitive system. There were plenty of professional and well designed premade templates and if you are used to creating/modifying designs on Canva, then you have pretty much mastered Optisigns. And if you haven't you will easily figure it out. Data mapping is also a huge plus since we have rates that change regularly.

Aspetti negativi:

If you have a heightened security network if might block it right away but it doesn't really tell you that it might be a firewall issue. My personal experience was, because it wouldn't connect to our network, the pairing code didn't show up at all. Depending on someone's level of familiarity with such issues, they might just think the device is defective. A warning message somewhere that indicates that issue would be extremely helpful. There is an article about whitelisting but you need to know what to look for and dig for it.

Excellent product, until it isn't

Commenti: If you never need support, you will be very happy this product.
If you do need someone to help... hopefully, the repair goes by the script 100%. Because tech support doesn't actually know anything but what is in the binder.

Tech support is meh - had an issue with a player and went back and forth with the requirements to fix. Was sent an article, when I pointed out the article didn't work for me because I couldn't do one of the steps. I was informed I needed to read the article again because it was telling me the opposite of what it was actually telling me.

Great solution to our display issues

Commenti: I've enjoyed using optisigns and like that you can control it remotely and there is an app as well that's super convenient. This has been a great asset to our company.

Aspetti positivi:

We were having issues trying to display things on our screen and Optisigns solved that problem. It eliminated us having to connect a computer and also allowed us to schedule the screen to change at certain times which saved us having to do it every day.

Aspetti negativi:

I struggled to display an excel sheet with Optisigns. I got it to work eventually but it's a little clunky.

Solid product, good features!

More than 3-4 zones will glitch on the android player, need to upgrade to a more expensive player if you require more complicated screens but that’s standard with all digital signage players and software

Perché scegliere OptiSigns: Received glitchy players from Yodeck that wouldn’t connect, poor tech support, couldn’t get it working properly. Wish I hadn’t wasted time with Yodeck first and had just gone with OptiSigns from the beginning.

Optisigns saves us time and effort every day

Commenti: We tried a handful of other products and Optisigns is the best we've encountered so far - in ease of use, functionality, device management, and cost per device - for fully managed/supported devices and platform.

Aspetti positivi:

Separating devices and content and playlists allows crisscrossing creative content with appropriate device audiences with minimal effort or duplication of work. The remote screen management makes it easy for IT to manage/support the deployment and problems that might arise with the devices.

Aspetti negativi:

Sometimes there is a large delay between publishing changes and seeing it on the screens - I wish this could be improved.

Optisigns is probably the easiest digital signage solution I've used

Commenti: Purchase and setup went very smoothly. The software was very easy to learn - the hardest part ow deciding the layout I wanted to use. The installation has been rock solid and of the couple of issues that I did have tech support was very responsive.

Scheduling content can be a bit difficult to set up since there are ways to schedule the content that can interfere with one another. Needs to be simplified.

Commenti: Overall experience is good. The main use for us has been met with ease.

Aspetti positivi:

ease of uploading a power point page into the assets section of OptiSign.

Aspetti negativi:

Formatting a welcome screen that scrolls several pictures and the local weather.

OptiSigns is great for our organization!

Commenti: Our experience with OptiSigns has been wonderful. We had a system before that was far too complicated. OptiSigns delivers the information we need, where we need it, when we need it. It's super easy to use and looks great.

Aspetti positivi:

OptiSigns allows us to send content to multiple screens throughout our organization. We have six locations, some of which are separated by a 2-3 hours drive. With OptiSigns, we can push information to whichever branch we need, to whatever audience can view that screen. It's perfect for a multilocation organization that has several different audiences. It's extremely easy to use and build playlists for different locations and/or time periods.

Honestly I can't think of many cons. We're very happy with our service!

Best Choice for Choice

Commenti: I have no complaints. The few times I have needed help, they were available quickly and efficiently. They even let me know when it hadn't been running for a while (a problem on our end I hadn't been informed of), so I could get that fixed.

Aspetti positivi:

The ease of use for this product is worlds better than what we were using previously. Basically drag and drop with schedules and playlists. I was able to set up a schedule the first day and have been adding and subtracting from the playlists as needed ever since. Easy to set up on our television, and easy for my team to keep updated.

Aspetti negativi:

I could do with fewer emails from them, but I'm sure that's in a setting somewhere that I have yet to track down due to my own prioritization. The system itself has yet to disappoint me in any way.

Great system to modernize an old display!

Commenti: Optisigns was a great option for bringing old "tack and paper" employee notification bulletin boards into the modern era of digital signage. The hardware is easy to set up, customer service friendly and knowledgeable, and the app makes updating information easy and convenient.

Aspetti positivi:

Optisigns allowed me to take my business advertising into the modern digital age. I was able to replace a very outdated paper rack system with a TV display and the OptiSigns Pro Signage Player. The system was easy to set up and it has made advertising and information distribution to employees easy.

Aspetti negativi:

There was a minor issue with a full display during the intial set up, but was corrected with a simple call to customer service. However, when the dispaly is turned back on each day, I have to unplug the player in order to reset it so the full screen is displayed.

The perfect digital signage app for us!

Commenti: The experience has been great all around. Easy to use and we didn't have to buy any new hardware to make it work in our case! The cost is very reasonable compared to many other digital signage systems. We initially were using our Apple TV's to just have them show a bunch of pics while they were in sleep mode in between our demos where we do use them to screen cast from our phones to the TV's to get a large display instead of our customers huddling around our phones. The Apple TV's didn't do a good job when showing pics in sleep mode on their own. We couldn't get all the sizing of images to fit correctly and/or they didn't display videos for us even though Apple says it would. Apple TV's never worked great for digital signage by themselves honestly. When we purchased Optisigns app for IOS, all the things that we had trouble with like videos playing and resizing of pics issues with the apple TV's just disappeared. It made it easy for us to get our content on the TV's and we don't even have to refresh our Apple TV's to get the new content to display. Bravo!!! The fact that we can schedule things was a bonus for us. With Optisigns, we didn't have to purchase any new equipment in our case (we already owned the apple TV's) and the fact that Optisigns supported these devices made it a cost effective great choice! We looked at several other digital signage options costing a lot more but we figured we give OptiSigns a try with their Free trial. It didn't take us long to figure it all out so, it truly is an easy to use system. The fact that we can do all this remotely not being in the store is fantastic! Very happy with Optisigns so far.

We already use Apple TV's connected to our TV's in the store. We use them to broadcast our phone or iPad screens to show our in store customers (during our demos) on how the apps work on a bigger screen than our phone for instance. Since we already owned these Apple TV devices, this was a no brainer as we didn't have to purchase anything except the OptiSigns app to make it work!

So far we have no complaints and are still surprised it works so well for us.

Great Product! Highly Recommend

I don't have any cons at this time. I am going to start integrating other Products into our playlists so I am excited to figure that out.

Easy to use and versatile

Commenti: OptiSigns has been an extremely useful tool in our organization. I am able to keep employees informed without putting out physical flyers. Moreover, I am able to keep all facilities updated at the same time.

Aspetti positivi:

OptiSigns is very user-friendly alongside an extensive array of features, ensuring seamless delivery of updated content. I am able to schedule posts that are time-sensitive so I can "set it and forget it" without missing anything. I like being able to post to multiple monitors at one time rather than having to post to each monitor individually.

Aspetti negativi:

I don't like that it automatically posts everything at 10 seconds. I would like to have the option to change the playtime when I am adding an asset to multiple displays to save the time of going to each one and updating the display time.

OptiSigns is super easy to use & an excellent product!

Commenti: We needed to have our lobby spaces and commons spaces branded with marketing photos, graphics, and videos and OptiSigns was a great solution to execute our needs. All the staff and guests have made numerous compliments about how it has enhanced our spaces.

I love how easy it is to customize playlist for our displays. The user-friendly design elements inside OptiSigns makes it really easy for anyone to create stunning displays.

Aspetti negativi:

The only downside I have experienced is the max number of images/videos in one playlist. You can get around this issue with playlist rotations.

Commenti: Overall, the experience so far is great, now we trying to buy couple iPads and put them at front desk for people to be able to sign up when they get in. Optisign is great product for creating Contents on Displays, it helped a lot creating fliers and other ads for out annual conference. It Saved us about $1000

The Dash is really and friendly to use. It helps me create content and communications information on displays instead of using emails or other sort of traditional channels to entire staff

Aspetti negativi:

I personally do not have any complains so far, however, I heard that some TVs are having issue with the HDMI port space is tight or no enough to plug in their fire sticks or it has issue integrating with Apple TV!
