Lemlist Rocks!

Commenti: Warming up campaigns is definitely one of the biggest wins. I love how you can still use lemwarm even after warming up a campaign to keep your inbox engaged and healthy. The statistics for lemwarm and many others make it very easy to keep your inbox happy and healthy. The dynamic images and pages definitely help break the normal boring messages that most of us have all received at some point. It creates a very personal touch even if it is automated. They amount of templates available straight out of the box, definitely helps someone get started.

Aspetti positivi:

The ease and flow of the UI/UX is absolutely beautiful. Very Dynamic software and very creative with dynamic images and Landing Pages. One of the biggest things that brought me to the platform from using a different service is "Lemwarm" and the ability to automatically warm up your inbox before getting ready to launch a campaign. So many amazing features. There was definitely thought and intention with the entire platform to embody everything needed to launch a "cold" email campaign that doesn't feel so cold.

Downsides? What downsides? ;) i definitely haven't found anything about the platform or Lemlist, that I don't love!

Commenti: Lemlist was extremely helpful in personalizing outreach at scale. You get a lot for your money. Extra features like the pods or super fast customer service make this tool a no-brainer when it comes to cold outreach.

Personalized email outreach platform

Commenti: Overall experience with lemlist is pretty good it almost covers all the requirements for an email marketing tool.

Aspetti positivi:

It allows me to create highly personalized email templates and campaigns with many variables like images. It also offers A/B testing that helps me to optimise my email campaign. And it's user-friendly interface is so good that even a person who is new to email marketing can use this platform.

Aspetti negativi:

Although it provides Analytics for your email campaign it is not that extensive compared to some other email marketing tools in the market.

Great outreach platform but lacks integrations

Commenti: Real focus on deliverability and staying out of spam filters which is what you want from an outreach platform, but no integrations apart of salesforce and Hubspot which is very annoying. The reporting was not great and you couldn't build custom reports for your needs

No good integration with CRMs, we use Zoho CRM and we found it very hard that it did not have a native integration with it and that is the reason we stopped using it.

Good for Email Marketing but Pricey

Lemlist is an excellent email marketing tool due to its user-friendly interface. The option to review before sending is especially helpful for those who want to add a highly personalized touch to their message. Additionally, implementing and scaling dynamic media add-ins such as video thumbnails and images is effortless.

Aspetti negativi:

Although the tool enables users to create a sequence and move contacts through an email flow, it lacks complex automation features. Consequently, constructing intricate flows that direct contacts to different lists and sequences based on their actions or inactions becomes slightly more challenging.

Everything from the ease of use, the functionality, and the teams dedication to always making significant improvements to the product.

The only issue I had was when I would load up prospects for a campaign and find there was an error, it was terribly difficult to fix that error. Thankfully, with a recent update, you can now rollback uploads which has saved me on more than one occasion.

The personalization features are powerful, such as the variables on images. The software is very easy to use and they have an incredible Customer Success team who answers questions in 2-3 min and produce a ton of resources to make you successful. Love the multi-platform capabilities too.

2 things. One is reporting. You have some campaign stats but no intelligence to help you focus. An example is a leaderboard with the most engaged leads of a campaign across all platforms so that the sales team knows who to focus on. Would love some automated tips based on their knowledge acquired from other customers - similar to Gong giving tips on how to get better on customer calls. Second is automation rules. You don't have the IF THIS THEN THAN rule to create multiple logics based on behavior. Example being if no reply on LinkedIn after 3 days, then switch to email.

The creation of a personalized drip campaign is super easy. I use it to send my proposals and to make automatic follow-ups. I have never used it as cold-mail outreach, but if I need to ... Lemlist would be perfectly capable of. The integrated lemwarm feature that warms up your newly created e-mail address works perfect!

Aspetti negativi:

Sometimes there is an issue with my SMTP settings despite me not having changed anything. But that's probably a ZOHO issue.

Poor customer service, UI clunky and unintuitive

Commenti: Coming from a small business, lemlist was good for initially warming up my email domain, however, I would not recommend them due to an overall clunky UI and just very poor customer service. The fee for their basic version is now $49/person, not $29. Poor customer service - However, I've had several experiences with the customer service that were not ideal. The support reps I messaged took several hours to respond to me (10+ for some responses) and were never able to resolve issues, they only confirmed to me that they do have them. I decreased the number of subscriptions from my team and they refused to refund me for the unused subscription, which was a huge red flag to me. Email tracking - Their email tracking is inaccurate and counts your own clicks as an "open." Editing emails - There is no way to review your drafted emails after you queue them, even if you want to go back in to make an edit, nor can you even look at the email after queuing it. Poor UI - A lot of the features are clunky and have to be figured out on your own. I had to make a separate email address to experiment and figure out how the sending works, and I've had experiences where I fill in a variable field for a template and the sent email never fills in the blank space.

Great tool for Email Outreach

Commenti: I have used dozens of CRMs and email service providers but none are quite as easy and useful for cold email outreach with as many personalization tools. We were struggling with scaling cold email outreach and increases engagement. Lemlist made it possible to quickly create personalized images and messages then upload contact list into email sequences.

Lemlist has the best and easiest to use personalization tools of any email software I have used. It's extremely easy to created personalized images and creative in your emails that boost engagement.

It's relatively new so it's not really large enough to be a stand-alone email service provider like Mail Chimp or the like

The greatest email automation software

The software is very userfriendly! Love the content of all the social media channels that the company uses to educate the users of Lemlist. Have got so many great ideas from watching their Youtube channel. It's like education+software all in one. Have had a very great experience with their customer support as well. This is a real software of the 21st century.

Completely amazing

Lemlist is actually amazing. I've tried 4-5 email platforms before, such as quickmail and others. And... they all do the same thing. But before actually starting to use lemlist, I didn't realize how much of a difference there can be in "how" they do it. This is a short list of lemlist's pros: - Amazing support. They're lightning fast, human, and actually helpful. - Amazing stuff within the app that you wouldn't have thought of, like built-in "idiot proof" features that make stuff automatically without you worrying about it. - The whole experience is FLUID. It's fun. Nothing is clunky about lemlist, as it was in every other app I've used. - Personalization options are good. - It's got top-of-the market capabilities, but is priced very reasonably, below many alternatives

Lemlist & Lemwarm - Email Marketing to Inboxes

Commenti: From email warmup, personalized landing pages, to email campaigns - lemlist does these things they've built really well. If you're trying to scale email marketing from zero, start with their lemwarm for a few weeks and you'll be ready to go.

lemlist is great for emailing. If you're trying to connect and speak with an audience who might know about your brand - this is one of the best options. Lemwarm also is one of the best tools to start with a new email address and be able to reach people's top inbox with personalized campaigns.

Aspetti negativi:

Sometimes support turnaround can take a few hours, but usually they are giving all the answers and suggestions on how to fix your problem. Also, the color update was a big change and really hard to get used to, trying to find where they put new items.

Commenti: I wouldn't be able to do the prospecting and sales activities without lemlist. Plus, the Hubspot integration makes lemlist a true part of my sales process.

The customization possibilities. Sending cold emails with a personal twist increases my open rate and overall campaign response. Lemlist allows me to do this at scale.

The Chrome extension is glitchy, I had to remove and install multiple times to get it to work. That said, their support helped a lot.

Commenti: Lemlist is a really cool app for getting new clients with cold email. Is a really nice way to avoid spam people with generic emails and try to get a personal relationship thanks to custom emails. I love the set and forget with automation!

Lemlist is an really nice alternative for classic cold email tool like mailshake Very nice suite with automated features like followups, sequeance, and schedule I like the lemlist because - trully personalization emails with custom variables - you can add images personalization for make the email more funny and worm - you can automate all the process with followups, sequeance, etc - you can schedule the emails - zapier integration - UI is cool! If you dont have a clue about cold email they save all the pain, and you can do it easily I love they add emails templates. That really help!
