Commenti: Overall I am quite satisfied that we have the technical features we need, they are easy to setup and I have had a few support queries which even for low priority issues were solved quickly.

I have found the Telnyx suite to be easy to navigate, quicker to setup than other platforms and their customer support has been quick and responsive. Overall we are very happy (new) customers.

Nothing, we have not run into issues. Overall it has been a smooth deployment.

Telnyx, one platform for all telephony

Commenti: This is the only platform I've used where I'm not left behind by support. Although they do not deal with the PBX itself, they make the trunking simple.

There is little not to like, if i ever run into an issue, support is only a few minutes away via chat.

Commenti: It seems great to have an alternative to Twilio, we may end up also providing clients an option for both services... only because of the well know use of Twilio and its brand recognition.

We intend to replace a 3rd party service... hoping to cut to less than half the cost. By creating an in-house solution for the client. Who sends about 1700 Daily announcements to participants, regarding Non-Profit Fundraising Events...

So far it has taken a couple of week to establish high volume texting.. It seems will work for us at 50 messages per minute. But not at the initial testing of 10 messages per minute..

A good VOIP option!

Telnyx is simple to use once it is set up, and can easily integrate its' VOIP services with other services such as Linphone making it possible to route VOIP calls through both my computer and phone wherever I am.

Aspetti negativi:

It can take a while to learn the "mechanics" of setting everything up, but if you are tech-savvy then it should be fairly easy.
