A perfect choice for data-driven marketing, data integration and attribution

Commenti: I highly recommend Roivenue as a data-driven marketing tool for ecommerce businesses for its perfect data integration, marketing analysis and atrribution modeling.

Aspetti positivi:

The most useful feature for our company was integration data from all marketing platforms. Roivenue is the right tool for this purpose, wide scale of connectors with many export options is exactly what we need. The second most important thing is well-designed attribution modeling including custom models. After upgrade to Roivenue2 there is also very comfortable work on frontend.

Aspetti negativi:

Considering we are not standard ecommerce sales, there are some limitations in using few features, because of problematic data integration. UI bugs may be a little disturbing but this should be a temporary issue as Roivenue2 is a relatively new environment.

Data driven performance marketing

Commenti: We totally changed our point of view to performance marketing. We already saved big money for non efficient campaigns and accordingly we move part of the budget to the most effective segments.

Aspetti positivi:

It helps us to track our investments and match it with performance of marketing campaigns, also make an attribution view. Sales data are exact because of connection to ERP system, also we can see Marketing Profit which means that we can optimise all the campaigns in dependence to real margin. System is well automated and safe your time. Traditional ROAS method (we ran before) is good but doesn't count with margin and is focused on the ratio between revenue and marketing spend - that's not enough for nowadays marketers.

Aspetti negativi:

Sometimes it slower and I have to wait for results.

Alternative considerate: Google Analytics 360

Perché scegliere ROIVENUE: There is no comfortable profit view in Google Analytics, attribution is so weak and data sampling is hardly usefull.

Commenti: It is a great tool, but our agencies did not want to use it, otherwise I believe it would helped our business to grow.

I liked all kinds of reports to DataStudio. I used analytics prospector, that helped me analyze gaps in our campaignes.

Aspetti negativi:

It is great tool, maybe a bit expensive. But it does a lot of things for its price.

Great marketing attribution platform!

Commenti: Overall its a good user experience and I would recommend this tool to every agency or company that wants to have a better overview of their most important indicators - marketing spend, attribution and ROI.

Finally, we were able to find software that helps us evaluate our marketing activities and gives us the ability to instantly see performance for each marketing channel and country. It only takes a few clicks to have the important information needed for better strategic decisions.

Aspetti negativi:

During our use, we came across a few bugs, which were quite promptly resolved. The integration of the software went well and it was not extra complicated.

Commenti: We were searching tool that will help us integrate all the data from marketing platforms, analytical softwares and CRM into one place. And we found it in Roivenue.

We can evaluate every test in marketing (marketing spend increase, freeshipping, improved product page, different pricing,..) and learn from in. It is very easy to evaluate tens of ecommerce sites within literally few minutes.

Aspetti negativi:

Setting up traffic channels would be better if sitespeed is faster.

Tracking & Attribution of the entire Online Marketing Mix - Done!

Commenti: After working with other similar companies I am incredibly pleasantly surprised by their willingness to help, and assist when needed, as well as being very flexible when obstacles arise from our side.

+ The Integration: We were more or less up and running with the entire software within a couple of weeks + The Service: From the training to ongoing problem-solving; these guys are great! + The Platform: Inside the platform we have more or less everything we as a marketing-department would like to have. We can now have one single platform to compare channels, costs and conversions over multiple regions. + The Export options: We've been able to export all of our data into other systems where we have been able to explore it even further.

- I was bummed that there is no possibility to actually build our own dashboards within the platform

Control your ROAS, costs and revenues throughout multiple marketing sources

Aspetti positivi:

We usy Roivenue mostly for one reason and that is they are one of few apps that provides a lot of connectors to marketing sources and also has a mutimple ways to export the data. You can add dozens of marketing sources and pair it with Google Analytics and have a clear view of your bussines costs to roivenue ratio. They newly provide export to Google Data studio so you can easily vizualise the data. Or you can just view the raw data at their app if necessary.

Aspetti negativi:

Basically just one thing and that is the problem with exporting a lot of data is really problematic here, having 20+ Google Analytics accounts exported to GDS is really problem and every reload takes a few minutes to view the graphs.

There are plenty of tools on the market that share similar functionality - ads costs, multi touch attribution. Roivenue is tailored for marketing specialists (you can upload costs of freelancers, set budgets, targets) and this is where the tool shines.

Great marketing attribution solution

It’s a very intuitive platform at an affordable price. The setup is easy and has great support. It provides the ability to slice and dice the data and compare different attribution views at a granular level. It gave us the confidence to push channels that otherwise were deemed low-performing according to the Google Analytics default attribution. With great results!
