Sincronizza WooCommerce e QuickBooks per risparmiare tempo e automatizzare la contabilità. Compatibile con QB online, sistemi per punto vendita e desktop (Pro, Premier e Ent).
Initial integration was fairly straightforward (thanks to video demo!).
So, we use Connex for that part directly from ebay. Also, the mapping is odd and glitchy.

Sync from Woo to QBO
Commenti: Support has been fabulous. They have worked with us through and after a trial period to get everything set up as we needed. Anytime we have a syncing error they are super quick to respond and help find the reason for the error. The logs are also very helpful.

It works seamlessly - once it is set up correctly - to send my orders directly to QBO with all inventory and customer information.
Aspetti negativi:
It takes a little bit of time to make sure everything is going through correctly and can sometimes have a hiccup in mapping products or customers.

Commenti: Our experience with MyWorks Sync in the first year or so of use has been very positive. It's a robust tool that delivers what is promised in an intelligible and efficient manner at a price both fair and significantly lower than the competition. I can, without hesitation, highly recommend MyWorks Sync to any e-commerce entity seeking a reliable and affordable way to streamline and automate their Woo Commerce/QuickBooks Online back-end processes.

Once the MyWorks Sync plugin is properly configured, the integration and functionality between WooCommerce and Quick Books Online is seamless. It's a huge time saver for any small to medium-size business where many hats are worn by a relatively few people. The tool is well developed and updates are maintained on a timely basis to insure compatibility with WP and WC updates. What little support we needed at the beginning was excellent, though it relies almost exclusively on email to reach a human being.
Aspetti negativi:
During initial setup, some renaming of QBO categories was required to facilitate an accurate initial syncing of records - not a big deal.

Just as a reminder, we don't require your products or categories to have the same name or SKU - if they do not, you can still easily map them together in our sync.
Wish We Could Give This Plugin A Zero
Commenti: I bought and installed the MYWorks, QB Sync plugin based on the great reviews posted on various sites. For the first few months, this plugin worked fine but then we noticed page load issues and sync issues. These issues started after we decided to purchase the yearly subscription plan. The plugin continued to cause issues and it got to the point where we had to deactivate the plugin because it was interfering with the user experience. I should note that as soon as we disabled the plugin, our page load speed improved 81%. The developer was of no help getting this issue resolved, we sent multiple emails to their sales and support email address with no response for over two weeks. We then asked for a refund and they refused, saying we didn't qualify for a refund. Please think twice before buying installing this plugin and paying MyWORKs SOFTWARE ANY MONEY. Follow Up Comments... Do you want to know why this plugin has only 5-star reviews? They threaten you when you post a negative review about them.

Commenti: The entire team from MyWorks has a total Customer Focus and reach out constantly to make sure things were/are going smoothly for the set up process. This was definitely a Value added switch of sync software for our company to Quickbooks Enterprise!

The documentation provided was extremely helpful in getting everything set up. Before we went live had a session with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and his team to help with just a couple items before we started sync. They were extremely helpful in identifying other aspects of the software that we should be able to use in the near future. We were using another product and could not get any support without paying a substantial monthly payment which was not viable being a smaller business.

At this time can not come up with one CON for MyWorks product. From dealings with team at MyWorks, if we came up with an issue I am sure they would look to adding functionality at some point in time.
A must for QuickBooks and ecommerce
Commenti: Product works well and is a huge time saver from manually entering orders. This also cuts down human error.

This product really helps us integrate our WooCommerce site with QuickBooks Enterprise. Previous application we used was cloud based and I like that this product is not.
Aspetti negativi:
Custom mappings do require an additional charge. Software does occasionally crash Windows 10 however I can't say if it is Windows or the software. It really is about as stable as you would expect for desktop software.

once something cleared the customer list for some reason, not sure if it was myworks or another problem. the customer list was pretty quick and easy to reinstall with quickbooks. other than that not really any major problems at all.

It just works. Information synchronizes between my woocommerce store and Quickbooks without any problems. Setup was simple because they walk you through the process and explain what everything does. They are fast to respond to questions.

Customer service is handled though a ticket system on their website. They are fast to respond but it would be nice to have a phone number to call.

Great way to sync Quickbooks with Woocommerce
Commenti: I use MyWorks to sync product inventory levels between Quickbooks and Woocommerce. It does a good job doing so. We also have hundreds of products both in stock and out of stock. It does a good job all the way around, with extra features I don't use but I know would benefit other businesses such as syncing customers! Great product.

Honestly the customer support. On top of helping setup and configure the software to your site, they are very great at helping troubleshoot issues and keeping you in mind. There was an issue with syncing assembly items, but I was made aware that they were made aware of it. Then they reached out as soon as the problem was fixed and made sure everything on my site was good to go. I am here writing a review in thanks to [SENSITIVE CONTENT]

It’s probably us
Commenti: There has definitely been a time saving benefit and o like the way it integrates with QuickBooks. I’m not sure we have got it fully set up correctly so find it a little confusing on that side, plus I can never work out why it errors or doesn’t sync../

I like the way I link quickbooks so all the payments go against customers and charges are automatically journaled into our accounts. That saves so much time!!

I’m not sure if it’s us or how our bookings system is set up on word press or how woo commerce deals with it but we require deposits and then final balance payments. This then causes an extra invoice to be raised for the final balance payment therefore not clearing off the balance of the original invoice. The trouble is we cannot process it all as sales receipts as we need to know who owes their final balances in QuickBooks

All of our WooCommerce Orders are automatically posted into the QuickBooks Desktop Pro software that we use for our business management and accounting. Prior to moving to WooCommerce and MyWorks Sync, we had to manually enter every online order into QuickBooks Pro. We now save all of that time and avoid manual data entry errors. While not inexpensive, MyWorks Sync more than pays for itself with time saving and accuracy.

There was a learning curve as we adapted MyWorks Sync to our WooCommerce setup, to our QuickBooks Desktop account structure, and to our business methods. However, the Support team did a great job in guiding us through this and highlighting the proper features and settings to serve our purpose. Really a smooth operation now that we have it all configured. No complaints, but recommend you plan this out early in your WooCommerce deployment.
Big Time Saver
Commenti: When I first started using the software I had questions - the help desk was great. Easy to connect with them and they were able to walk me through the steps necessary for me to proceed. They also have a "chat" that can be used for help. I found this worked well and at all hours of the day.

I was having to re enter all my sales into my accounting software - a huge time consumer. Now, the orders are synced with my Quick Books Online. All I have to do is complete the transaction by recording payment.

Every now and then I have to reset the software to sync - but now that I know how to do it it is just an extra step.

Commenti: We want to auto-sync online store orders with offline phone and physical store orders. This product worked great for that.

Occasionally after an upgrade when integrating with other software, things stop working quite correctly. For example, we had a gap in our invoices as we deleted all entries from 10 years ago and the software started overwriting the old invoice numbers but broke when it hit duplicate numbers.
Used Free Trial, Works Had To Upgrade for Full Features

The need to sync offline sales on woocommerce buys is real. And they can do that very well. The free trial was easy to set up and sync with the test instance on our WordPress domain. The pricing model is really good too.

On the backend, they could make it look nicer. And add some navigation structure like what woo did

As a reminder, we do indeed have navigation in our sync - submenus under our Myworks Sync tab as well as menubars across most of our sync pages. We gave this plugin a shot after a recommendation from our tech team, and we love it. It took some time to get our settings correct, and then we had issues with the site talking to the plugin properly but the tech support team was incredible. I never would have expected this level of service for the cost of this product. I'm impressed and very happy. They solved my issues and we are up and running smoothly.

The plugin did have difficulty in the beginning, in particular with bandwidth use and queue sync. But these were solved by the tech team.

Artist successfully uses MyWorks
Commenti: MyWorks Sync has been wonderful, especially the customer service! I was at first overwhelmed with the implementation, but the online service provider ended up calling me as she could see I needed a little hand holding:) She was amazing! Very patient and kind, and I "got it" and it didn't take more than thirty minutes. So appreciate her help!

MyWorks best qualities is that it's straighforward and easy to use. As an artist, I struggle to understand and implement linear online products, yet with a little help, I was able to load and use this product.
Aspetti negativi:
My critique would be that there was a hickup in connecting two of the products and for someone who isn't linear I had a hard time with that. I ended up asking my web developer to look into it and it's working just fine. Although I am grateful I have such an efficient web guy, I always prefer to work out the kinks myself if possible.

a bit of an issue to set-up especially as we use variations and it is constantly changing once organized it is working quite well. The postal code is still not coming in correctly by everything else is working well.
