My customers love the text and email confirmations they receive. I like the integrated SOAP note, POS, and treatment history features.

Aspetti negativi:

Signing in every single time and it lags so i don't always have time to wait for it to pop open. The keep me signed in button doesn't appear to work.

Commenti: I was an early adapter and have been impressed from day one from the pricing, the capacity and the constant development of the product.

Aspetti positivi:

I like the feedback options and that ClinicSense is constantly improving/adjusting the product to provide more/better features to the end users (therapists and clients).

Aspetti negativi:

I can think of not one thing that I do not like about ClinicSense that I must have. Eventually, it would be great to be able to complete insurance claims through ClinicSense, but it is not a requirement. All the other features surpass other systems that I have seen.

Commenti: Clinic sense is a good product from an admin standpoint. It doesn't have the same features as some of the other programs so I would say it is best for a solo practitioner.

It is very user friendly and intuitive. I like that you can send newsletters and updates through the program.

I would like to a wait list feature added.

Commenti: We have not been happy and would change to a new system if it wasn't so much trouble. I anticipate us changing eventually.

The only thing that we liked about ClinicSense is that we didn't have to use an appointment book at the office any longer.

Aspetti negativi:

This booking system has so many glitches and problems that we get frustrated weekly. Modalities saved for a practitioner are lost, schedules showing to clients are different than what is on the books...You also can't reach someone for help during the weekends.

Commenti: It was rocky during the updates and the big change to the new platform, but it has been smooth sailing. The ClinicSense team is amazing. Keep up the good work!

I love that you can review your appointment requests and you can reject or accept them. I like having that control. Especially since I do not take new clients at this time.

I need that waitlist option. But I know that is coming. SO it's a con that has already been resolved and in the works.

Commenti: Very good. It has most of the features I am looking for in a charting/booking website.

Soap note feature. Gift cards can be sold on website as well.

Aspetti negativi:

Some scheduling features, I wish you could as multiple work periods during the day (say 9-12, then 2-5). But you can add personal time in the middle which works too

Commenti: This is the 3rd massage software I've used and definitely my favorite. It's pretty easy to use for the therapists and clients. I wish there was a bit more customization with scheduling like setting different hours for a certain period of time instead of indefinitely. Overall I'd highly recommended it though!

Commenti: I really enjoy all the administrative tasks it’s takes off my plate; reminder emails, bookings, CC storage, charting. It makes my life a lot easier knowing I have a trustworthy software to do all my computer work for me.

Commenti: I've been very happy with ClinicSense and I love it that they're always updating to make it even better.

Aspetti positivi:

This is an easy program that anyone can use. It has all the bells and whistles to promote your business and I don't have to micromanage my employees. If there is ever a problem, it's fixed immediately and the response is quick.

Aspetti negativi:

I wish it were a little less expensive, but all in all, it's worth the money. It replaces a full time receptionist which is a plus!

Commenti: The support team is always prompt and ready to help me with any tech issues I've had in the past and they've made several improvements over the years with their software. My overall experience has been great.

Clinicsense has made running a solo practice, seamless and painless. I'm able to optimize my time with online booking, and manage my billing and bookkeeping all in one place.

My only request from Clinicsense would be to have an optional waitlist for clients.

Initial integration was stressful switching from one CRM to another but honestly clinicsense made it as seamless as possible.

Commenti: I try to minimize the cost as I only have one practitioner using the program. I wish I would have more access to some other features that are a higher tier, but overall I am happy with the features that are available to me.

It is easy to use, appealing to the eye, majority of functions can be done through the phone, and I rarely have issues for my useage.

Aspetti negativi:

I cannot do my notes on the app through my phone. Some clients have told me they do not receive confirmation or reminder emails.

Commenti: I've already recommended them to multiple other practitioners because of how convenient and great the software has been in starting and running my own practice, and the customer service/people running it absolutely make this the best experience.

SUPER easy to integrate with Stripe for taking payments (square is what they advertise, however I had a lot of issues using square and needed to switch to stripe), great real-time scheduling capabilities, and everything I could ask for as far as marketing options/communications and SOAP notes/charting

Aspetti negativi:

nothing so far. I've had to utilize customer support chats a few times, and they've been nothing short of stellar each time.

Commenti: It's been pretty good, customer service gets back to you in a timely fashion and answers all your questions.

It's easy to use, does almost everything for you, clients like the easy access and purchasing gift certificates and now packages can be kept track online.

Aspetti negativi:

The changes that are made where you get charged for customers support if you're having an issue. I'll be one of those small businesses that don't need the added expense. And how it took too long to get the packages program running.

Commenti: My overall experience with ClinicSense has been wonderful! It is a receptionist in a computer program!

Aspetti positivi:

This program is a lifesaver for me as a solo Massage Practitioner. Clients are able to go directly from my webpage to book their appointments, choosing the service they desire. The program then sends email and text confirmations and reminders freeing me up from phone tag. I receive email and text alerts for each booking as well! It also contains options for marketing such as encouraging clients to leave a Google review as well as email birthday acknowledgement.

Aspetti negativi:

Since my services include enhancements ClinicSense does not allow for "add-ons" to a baseline massage. I am then required to create service options which include a base massage with each of the enhancements individually. My clients have expressed the lack of ease of choosing exactly what they would like since there are so many service buttons. I understand that this is on their "to-do" list and will at sometime be integrating it into the program.

I really liked that online booking had to be accepted by the practitioner before the appointment is scheduled. The ease of online booking process as well as the txt or emailed reminders.

Aspetti negativi:

While creating soap notes the system would glitch and I would loose the entire note. Not being able to separate revenue reports by practitioner
