Great software but complicated to handle

Commenti: It serves to give you all the company's numbers and it is possible to integrate them all into a single system, however, as there are several layers of software, you can't manage without an internally prepared team to provide you with the support that you need.

It has many features, is very detailed, and can help you in every part of the sales funnel. It has a good integration with other apps, but you need a team to make it happen faster.

Because it is so detailed, it is sometimes difficult to have quick information in the palm of your hand, especially when providing dashboards and reports.

It seems to really help improve the shopping experience for the user, biggest pro was that it made some payment processes and automation on websites much quicker for customers. It integrates nicely with the websites I’ve used it with. Overall a pretty reliable software.

Aspetti negativi:

A bit of a learning curve at the beginning, but there are plenty of tutorials to help new users out which is a plus.

What i enjoy the most about the Salesforce Commerce Cloud would be that they have such a great reputation at bringing together online and offline customer experiences. I also really love the powerful AI integration they have which personalizes the recommendations for products and the search results are based on each individuals shopping behavior. To me the improved my shopping experience as a whole. I like how the platform provides detailed insights into shoppers behavior, sales trends, inventory, and everything else. Whether you’re growing fast or even dealing with seasonal downfalls Salesforce Commerce Cloud scales with ease. You never have to worry about server management or any downtime during any high- traffic events. It grows alongside your business needs.

Aspetti negativi:

While Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a very powerful tool, it may be overwhelming for smaller businesses such as myself or for those just starting out. If I wasn't very computer savvy I'd probably experience more hiccups than what I have. The setup process can be bit complex, and the platform’s extensive features set can require time and expertise to fully gain some understanding in. Another con that I personally saw is the cost. To me it's definitely a bit on the pricier side, for small to medium sized businesses for sure. Although the platform is highly customizable, some businesses with specific needs may find it a bit difficult to get the platform exactly to what they require with any assistance from the creator of the program.
