> **Inconvenienti**: The thing I liked least about Avail was that some of the leases did not seem to be as thorough as having a certified lease, but avail allows you to upload your own lease if you don't like the free options they provide.

There were also some glitches where people were prompted to fill out the avail rental application even though I disabled applications. Hopefully these glitches have been fixed
