Utilissima app per lo scambio denaro tra amici e familiari, transazioni veloci, e per la maggior parte delle volte transazioni sicure

Aspetti negativi:

Ancora poco conosciuta in Italia, la utilizzavo quando vivevo negli USA, e purtroppo non può essere utilizzata internazionalmente Non si possono cancellare i pagamenti, questo è un punto a sfavore e inoltre implementerei i livelli di sicurezza, dato che è abbastanza facile esser vittime di scammers

Everything I really love the habits welcoming I love the colors I like the programming. The software is really easy user-friendly I really enjoy the app.

Aspetti negativi:

It does have some glitchy spots. Some spots that are just a little bit overly complicated overall great absolutely wonderful.

It’s very easy to send and receive money through friends, as well as split payments. It’s also anonymous if you don’t want others to see your transaction.

I don’t like how it froze my account with out notification or warning. Now I cannot access it at all, and still do no know why.

Commenti: My overall experience with Venmo good except for moving bunny from my checking to Venmo that I will never do again overall when I’m working up pop-up and people are paying me and I’m using my Venmo that’s wonderful.

QR code for scanning made it much easier for funds to be transferred specially when you’re at a busy pop-up.

Aspetti negativi:

I found out the hard way depositing $300 did not get cleared from my own bank Working days. Which strap me for cash for three days. And Venmo was no help on getting the money cleared..

A Reliable Way of Digital Pay

Commenti: Overall the experience is generally positive, and I appreciate Venmo for it's convenience and reliability.

I liked the ease of use, convenient setup, and its use as an alternative to a bank.

Aspetti negativi:

That the option for speedier transactions costs some extra money. In some cases, sometimes sending money is time-sensitive and Venmo, at best, can only fulfill a transaction in 2-3 business days under normal circumstances. It's also sometimes hard to find my friends on the app.

Commenti: Venmo has been an amazing piece of software to use in my personal opinion. It is fast and reliable. Many people have it so it is easy for people to pay with Venmo if you don't take card.

Venmo is a good service when it comes to transferring money. I find it really easy to just tell someone that you take Venmo and they sacn you QR code and just pay you. Really easy, seamless, and quick.

Aspetti negativi:

If you switch your QR code to a business code, they will charge you a percentage everytime someone makes a purchase using your code.

Commenti: I have had only good experiences thus far. I do e-commerce as a side hustle and prefer Venmo to other forms of payment because it's simple to use, it's been a trustworthy program, and I get instant notifications when I am paid.

I love having Venmo as an option as opposed to exchanging cash and checks. With Venmo, money is accepted and then with a few clicks, you can have it transferring to your bank account. The turnaround time for deposit is quick and you do have the option to expedite it. It saves me trips to the bank and saves me having to exchange money in hand.

Aspetti negativi:

I have heard that there are some individuals attempting to scam others on the platform which makes me a little less confident in its overall operation. Additionally, if you accidentally send to the wrong individual, there's no recourse that I'm aware of except their mercy in refunding your money. So the responsibility is on you to verify that you are sending to the correct individual.

Easy and More Secure Payment App but Check Privacy Settings

I feel much more comfortable using Venmo than other payment apps like CashApp. I feel my financial information is secure (however, read my Cons list as well). Also, making a payment is very easy. Overall, the app is very user-friendly and easy to use.

Aspetti negativi:

Personally, I wish there wasn't a fee to use a credit card for payments. Also, I think there is a lack of data security in that folks probably don't realize that their payments are being broadcast in a social media-like feed that all can see when they log onto the app. I can understand the fun in seeing what people are purchasing, but for others, they may be stunned to realize that they needed to change their Default Privacy to Private or else the entire internet can see what they are spending their money on. Also, there are people in my Venmo "social" feed I don't even know and am not even friends with.

Fast Funds

Commenti: I appreciate having Venmo as an option for my clients to pay with. It allows me to be paid quickly and I like that i have the option of recieving funds imediatly (for a fee) or in a couple days. More often than not it's available next day.

This is a very accesable platform that many of my clients use. It's efficient and easy to use.

I would prefer if the default wasn't to make transactions public. I'm not sure why that's a feature at all.

Commenti: Really love it overall could be better with customer service but for getting payments on the go or at a farmer marker perfect lot cheaper

Venmo is perfect for events

Commenti: We love and use Venmo regularly. It's the gold standard among performers. They prefer it to cash because it's safer and easier. Often our comics have to run from one show to another and tracking them down in a crowd to put cash in their hand can be a challenge. Venmo makes it so much easier.

We host dozens of events every year and Venmo allows us the flexibility to accept payment on the fly and to pay gratuity to our performers by their preferred payment method.

Aspetti negativi:

Mobile only is a limitation. We don't give out company mobile devices so it would be nice if they could process venmo payments on the company laptop.

Commenti: I think it is great! I have had little to no trouble with this company and when I did have questions they walked me through the process quickly and easily.

Venmo has provided me with a very great user experience in that they are quick most of the time (sometimes nearly instantaneous), secure, (they take privacy very seriously), It was tremendously beneficial to streamline the process and make it simple for attendees to make payments at events by using Venmo. It was convenient for attendees to pay at our events using their phones or tablets, which helped us get through the line quickly and cut down on the amount of time they had to wait. Additionally, since all monies are recorded on a single platform, tracking payments has become simpler. Venmo was proven to dramatically lower transaction costs related to processing payments. In terms of customer service, I've always had positive interactions with their customer support personnel when I've needed help because they're incredibly educated about their product and quick to answer any problems.

Although there is no charge for bank transfers they do charge for credit card payments. Also if you need a refund the process is lengthy and may become complicated. And the other person needs to be a customer of Venmo also to use it.
