With just a few clicks, I was able to get access to the Rank tracking API, SERP API, Google keyword planner API and On-page APIs. This saved me a lot of time and stress as I could focus my efforts on other aspects of my SEO project. Overall, it's an incredibly useful software that makes collecting SEO data much easier and more efficient.

The most difficult thing about DataForSEO is finding the right documents and tutorials to help you get started. Although the software has all of the features one might need, it can be quite challenging to figure out how they all work together. Also, the price can be hefty depending on your needs.

As the API deployment is a case where you need to work with the creators of API to understand the logic, you need to have an agile support. Their support agent are not just the people who redirects issues to product team, they also inivites devs to Intercom chats to fix your problem in a faster way.

As a creator of SEO software, we are using DataForSEO in our daily routine for different cases. To make it more cost effective, they have different types of services (live/queue/slow queue) - they are adding new services every quarter. I'm very excited for backlink index.

Aspetti negativi:

Their pricing module was quite complex in the previous API version (v2) but they have fixed the problem by following v3 API. The only parameter is the credit that we pay for.

Overall, DataForSEO software provided satisfactory results for my needs. However, what I liked least was the lack of customer service and technical support. There were several occasions where I had difficulty navigating the system or executing a specific task, but there was no means of having an expert answer any questions I had about the features or how to use them. Additionally, customer service was not great when it came to resolving issues from past usage; in these cases I had to manually seek out the solution online rather than interrogate trained professionals in the field.

Data similar or exactly the same as AdWords API.

Commenti: Other companies seem to maintain a static database so data is limited. DataForSEO seems to be able to get real-time data.

We like that the data seems to come directly from AdWords API. Coverage is great. Keywords that are unavailable in other static databases can return results when it comes to DataForSEO. It almost feels like we were calling AdWords API directly. Quality is well worth the price. Thanks!

Aspetti negativi:

Even though there are documentation on line, the web page is a bit sluggish and slow. Also, there is a lack of documentation when it comes to simply making a CURL call to the REST API. We didn't want to use the libraries/clients provided. It took a while, but we eventually figured out how to hit the REST API with simple curl (without DataForSEO libraries/clients).

The competitor data API could return more results and it's a bit expensive. Don't we all wish the pricing was more affordable?

The quality of the data is very good and at a price that allows us to scale our business affordably. Their customer support is always very reactive meaning we only have to wait less than 30 seconds for a response, any day of the week at any time!
