Easy way to manage digital signage

I had found it easy to set up and it worked without issues from the first attempt at use. Learning curve was very gentle.

There is no option to outright buy the service, I have tried to recommend this product to many of my clients and the subscription model put them off.

Plan is good but you really have to budget your company of exactly what you want and the license Wish there was a flexibility of choosing the plan that matches the need and requirement for your company when purchasing the hardware make sure you know where it is coming from. depending on your location they may not send it from Canada to Canada, might be handy to ensure you have broker person on hand if coming from State to Canada or Canada to State

I think that drag and drop features could be included to assign playlists to devices. At the moment it is quite awkward to configure the order of these. I would also review the options for naming lists or duplicating them, we have had occasions where the menu closes without any apparent indication.

Raised the price for a product that is not worth it

Commenti: Not worth 66.00 a month, period. it was worth the 20 I was paying. but there is no way it is worth 66 a month, still doesn't connect to office365 properly, still zoomed in when linking google sheets or other web pages. Still crashes on android devices after a few days

They raised the price from 20.00/mo to 66.00/mo and haven't fixed any reported issues.

Telemetry TV is Integral to all our Media Devices

Commenti: TTV is a very handy tool to monitor and control all our streaming devices. It's great.

We recently expanded our use on TTV to not only monitor and control our media players at several thousand locations, but we also started using it for our touchscreen exam room devices. I love the versatility of the Telemetry platform.

I wish it retained the ability to toggle back and forth between the two different networks we use it for.

Excellent digital signage player and content management

Commenti: It is excellent. We have just under 1000 licenses, with systems deployed across the United States. They are easy to monitor and update content.

Excellent interface; the system is very easy to set up, and the edge players (the MeLe devices) are small, rugged and work well.

Group updating is difficult; direct Ansible access is not available yet.

Commenti: The free version was divine, but that no longer applies. Still, it is a good enough product I made an annual payment to keep the product. As an educator, I would love to present about this product at technology conferences, if I could score a complimentary subscription.

TelemetryTV takes care of all my needs for my school's digital signage. It is seamless and easy to implement, and secure. My district allows this product over the many other that it tends to block.

Aspetti negativi:

Canva used to have full support, but I can no longer create new Canva pages, and can only use the page I have previously produced.

No regrets....great system!

Commenti: great experience. Wouldn't have any problem recommending the program to others managing display screens. The live demo was very helpful in deciding which system to go with and the staff have answered all my questions. Enjoying working with the systems.

TelemetryTV is very easy to use. I do a lot of work on CANVA and it integrates so well with the TelemetryTV interface. Still learning a lot about the program but so far it has proven to be easy and intuitive to use.

Wish there were more specific videos on the system. There are several out there but looking for more specifics.

I really enjoy how customizable everything is and how it can all be controlled from the easy-to-use desktop app. For users without design knowledge, Canva is a great tool to have built right into the app as well.

It's really easy to upload and schedule content. The scheduling part is probably my favorite - it really helps with planning. We use it primarily as an announcement board for our customers, so we always want to be timely.

Aspetti negativi:

It's hard to troubleshoot issues sometimes when it occasionally just stops working, but staff have always been incredibly helpful. I also wish there was a way I could preview how it will look on our specific device.

A Step Up for Digital Signage

Commenti: We are going all-in with TelemetryTV, with 15 large displays and soon 28 meeting room displays of various sizes. The ability to quickly spin up devices is great and user training is straight forward. Cloud-based makes it easy to have devices wireless on their own without having to deploy dedicated networking on top of power. It just works, and look forward to seeing it serve our needs long into the future.

The ease of deployment and flexibility of devices to utilize was a huge sell. It was extremely easy to test with the free single license and the ability to run on said devices to see if it was a good fit. No need to wait for demo hardware. While an online demo was nice, being able to dive into the system helped make a quick decision in our limited project timeframe.

Aspetti negativi:

There is room for improvement with slide transitions where they are too jarring, e.g. a crossfade will fade to a background but not the next slide, then the next slide just appears. Really affects a large number of the selection which is a tough sell. There is no customization on transition timings and they all seem a bit fast. Android support was touted as a primary preferred platform, but any of the preferred devices (and we tested many) all failed to perform well over 24hours to the point of failure. Hoping that gets improved, but Windows 10 devices are working great!

Love this product for displaying announcements, schedules, and messages.

You can do a lot with Telemetry. I use it for 5 tv screens to keep our employees updated with important information. We have an office in Taiwan and we are able to link it with ours so they stay updated also.

Sometimes when you save a tv screen and click something else too soon, it doesn't save and all of your work is gone.

We came across an issue that was region based for our players, not real sure how it happened, but I worked directly with the support channel , and escalation team to get the issue resolved. very efficient, precise and knowledgeable. All these things make for a better experience and sets you mind at ease, you know there is someone there to help.

There is nothing that we don't like , it fits our venue perfect and gives us what we need.

Easy to use and cheap signage that is growing up day by day

Commenti: we are happy with this solution, it really help to build an internal signage that is up to date and not expensive like others solutions .

I like that you don't need a on premises server, only an app to install on your device and you are ready to share contents. Content are update instantly and you can manage everything , you just need to have an internet access.

Aspetti negativi:

Sometimes PC struggles to manage to play content (looks like required more disk speed or bandwidth), not all the content found on web (youtube or other streaming source) works well. Unfortunately i cannot use it inside our local network (maybe reading local power bi content) for company security policies

I tested lot of software like this one. There are some things which can be added to be the best dynamic screen solution. PDF widgets with Zoom + page choice Powerpoint + page choice Google Slide ... should be possible not to share in public (but with an account) Read Excel or sheet file to show dynamic screen. Exemple : timetable for a train, the plateform number could be changed by reading an sheet file Other exemple : a list of anniversary in a excel file or a database to show the birthday of the collegues Animation of items to make a page more dynamic... ....

Excellent Product - Solves So Many Issues

The ease of use in getting a message onto the screens is so user friendly and super intuitive. The software is designed with the end user in mind. Instead of a series of convoluted and confusing steps in putting together digital signage together, TelemetryTV made a very straight forward platform that anyone can use with minimal training or practice. The cloud based nature of the platform allows the users such ease in producing digital signage without any limitations to a single work station with special software installed.

Thanks to TelemetryTV my team and co-workers have been able to spread important transportation information and news while providing welcoming signage. The customer service is quick to respond and the various forums provide helpful information. Plus the development team listens to user suggestions and provides regular updates.

I wish the updates provided detailed informatio on what was updated or removed. Currently, the updates only alert users of the availability of an update but provide no other information.

5S Visual Factory Component

Commenti: Our TV installers were so impressed with the setup and the onboard admin interface, that they've asked for TelemetryTV's contact.

Aspetti positivi:

Ease of use, right out of the box. You get a proper look-n-feel from the trial, and although there is a learning curve the UI/X is friendly and intuitive. Able to project rolling production/shipping/receiving schedules and seemingly limitless other content using an extensive apps library. Non-proprietary broadcast appliance is essentially a miniaturized computer that can be easily upgraded or repurposed for other uses on our factory floor. EXCELLENT customer service.

Aspetti negativi:

Workarounds for broadcasting Teams/Zoom calls, but not yet natively supported. It will be awesome if the appliance can interface with the TV itself e.g. turn it on and off - that will truly make the platform a one-stop shop.

Affordable and Works consistently
