Minimal and Convenient

Commenti: It was really simple to get a signature from my clients. Clients also got it done instantly. Also the notification emails are so helpful.

Aspetti positivi:

Easy to use. UX and UI is minimal, and anyone can understand it

Aspetti negativi:

The free tier is extremely small. And there is no indication of how much of it is free. I used up mine just testing unknowingly.

Signwell: Best E-Signature API by far!

Aspetti positivi:

- Great API and documentation - Really fast setup - Great multi-signer support and email receipts

Aspetti negativi:

There were no cons with SignWell, it is much better than other alternatives on the market.

Commenti: It worked for a few days I think, and I did four or five documents.
I can't remember the small print, but as in most of these things, the free offer is limited, and one is guided to sign up for a monthly or annual service.
I wonder why one cannot just buy it once.

Quite quick and easy to install so that is a plus.

Aspetti negativi:

The choice of typefaces for the signature is very limited. Should there not be a facility to drop in a hand created signature and initials.

Signwell is... SWELL!

Commenti: I like using Signwell so far. It removes barriers to closing with clients and simplifies the process on my end and theirs. It also doesn't try to be more than it needs to be. I need some fillable fields I can drag and drop into an existing or newly created document, with signatures, and that's exactly what it is. My wishlist item of being able to edit text or remove images from an imported document is a big ask but not a make it or break it perk. As it stands, I do believe I'll be happy using Signwell for some time.

Easy to use...UI is great. And the whole process makes it easy on the client.

Aspetti negativi:

Nothing I like least...more of a wishlist item. I just wish I could edit text from documents that have been imported. Or remove an image from an imported doc.

Very glad I found this product

Commenti: I'm very glad I found SignWell in all honesty, it is very user friendly, reasonably priced, I will be using this again and will recommend SignWell anyone who requires an easy, cost effective e-signature software. All in all very satisfied.

Nothing to dislike whatsoever, the only improvement I could think of is it would be completely free lol, but that's not how business works and this company deserves more recognition as a great alternative to Adobe.

Signwell great program for e-signatures

Commenti: Overall experience has been great. I find it very easy to use.

Easy to use. The little video that plays for new users is very informative and the program is pretty easy to figure out.

It can be a little tricky sometimes in adding in the signature fields for people who need to sign. It's different from Docusign, so getting used to it.

SignWell Review

Commenti: Overall, I appreciate the website and think It can be improved a bit. I normally use DocHub but I ran out of free signing. I also refuse to pay for document signing websites. Maybe including ADs can be something you use for revenue.

Website was easy to navigate. I like the aesthetics of it as well

Aspetti negativi:

There is no draw feature that I wish for. I was signing medical documents for a client and there was a section that required box checking. A draw feature who have made this section go a lot quicker and less frustrating than having to click "Check" and adjust each check box a bunch. I also wish I could connect this to my Google drive/email instead of having to download and upload to the website.

The perfect fit for my small business!

Commenti: As a small business owner, I appreciate all that SignWell has to offer. It is easy to navigate and there was no real learning curve. I signed up and created my first contract for signature within 10 minutes. My clients also find it very straight forward and helps me gather signatures needed in a timely fashion.

I honestly have not run into anything negative! My current budget doesn't allow for me to do a paid plan, so the limited number of documents on the free version can sometimes cause a road block in getting the documents needed sent out - but that is no fault of SignWell.

Great electronic signature service

Commenti: SignWell has been a great service, quick to start, easy to use, I created an account, uploaded a contract, created 'signature' fields and sent it off for signature within minutes. I definitely appreciate the service, it's easy to use interface and 'free' level account.

SignWell is quick and easy to setup, especially with a simple signature requirement. I appreciated the 'free' version, which allowed me to try it out and get started without any risk and allowed ongoing free use providing a few signatures / month free. The price for the paid level is fair and much appreciated - As a small solo company, I don't need the advanced enterprise level services of other providers, nor do I need the high prices for relatively easy contract review and signature.

So far, I've been very happy with SignWell and have no reason to complain or change services.

Great signature solution for small business getting started

Aspetti positivi:

Many entrepreneurs have used competing products previously. The reality is that those products ie docusign are often too much for what a small business needs and are priced accordingly! Signwell provides all of the core features and helps grow with your business. Just need a few proposals signed now and then? Signwell is perfect. Need something more robust? Signwell offers that as well but doesn't force you into higher tiers.

So far, We haven't found anything we don't like about the platform. It has all of the core features we need and works in the way that we expect. Easy to create documents, Easy to get them signed.

Top-class document review and signing tool.

Commenti: I usually have strong criticisms for tools in Signwell's product category - and I have used a number of these. However, I have stayed with Signwell. So that says I love the tool.

Aspetti positivi:

So after a document is completed, first Signwell provides a digital identity to that document; in addition to this, there is usually this automated thread of document engagement attached at the end. This feature provides an extra layer of authenticity to documents.

Aspetti negativi:

Well, I know Signwell is a business and needs to make profit. However, I think 3 free running documents per time is quite restrictive - maybe 4-5 is ideal.

An excellent easy to use tool for document management

Commenti: Still learning the system and everything it can do. However, as I have explained above, so far the experience with document uploading, getting them signed and organised have been a fairly easy & effective process. So I would say excellent experience so far.

Ease of use & efficiency. I uploaded a fairly complex document and it was a rather easy process to assign signing responsibilities and initials. The time it took was fairly negligible. All in all a great easy tool to get documents signed & organised.

So far I haven't had much to complain about.

Signing Documents Hasn't Been Easier!

Commenti: Overall there is nothing much to complain about. My clients find it very easy to use and the process is quick, as long as I delegate where they are supposed to sign. Again, a location to include a third party signature if the client you are working with is through a third party. Find some way for them to get the document as well via email but they DON'T have to sign it.

The ease of use with this product. Signing client documents for them and allowing them to download and review them has been a huge plus.

Aspetti negativi:

One little gripe is that if the document is required to be signed by the client, but the client is working with another third-party vendor, I can't seem to add a secondary recipient for the document's signing.

Spot on for small businesses

Commenti: Very pleased that we found SignWell for electronic document signing. We looked at a lot of different platforms but this stood head and shoulders above the others for our needs

The best things about SignWell are a) the ability to upload your own documents for signature, which also makes signees more comfortable that they are signing something familiar b) inexpensive to use, esp. as a small business as you can use it as an individual as you don't require the more expensive enterprise elements. c) Ease of use - very straightforward

So far nothing of note - it's early days as we haven't been using it for long, but to date it has been great

Has all the features needed for a small business!

Commenti: I've needed to send out a handful of Licensing Agreements to be signed and it has made it quick and easy at a reasonable price to do so.

It is simple to use and gives you all the features you need at varying levels of business size.

I found it frustrating that when creating a new document I did not have the option to create a blank document that I could edit on Signwell. Some of my documents are google docs and downloading the document in a form that can be uploaded to Signwell was a pain. I'd like to be able to just copy the document and paste into a blank document on Signwell.
