During the migration my first name was mixed up with my last name. I'm required to submit a new (prefilled) tax form, which is prefilled wrongly with my first/last name mixed. I'm unable to correct this read only data on the form and consequently unable to submit. I have been unable to the fill in the new IRS tax form for the last 3+ months, although I have opened several tickets via phone support. They keep telling me, it will be fixed within 48 hours. Therefore I'm also unable to sell my shares and have been losing money for the last 3+ months. > > What a mess for a financial service provider. This almost seems intentional to ensure I keep contributing to them even though I don't want to. It takes time to understand what you really have and with what schedule to execute. - Inconvenient RSU processing: - You can not change Type of selling (sell-to-cover or sell) once you finish "Task" - Your RSU can be sold after market price if they have cents. Counterintuitive if you say sell by Market price. Cost me $1000 - You shall wait your RSU and money for a way. Why? > > Terrible.
