Aspetti positivi:

Le cose che amo di più di notion sono la possibilità di creare dei template, la possibilità di aggiungere immagini in modo veloce, di condividere i miei appunti. Inoltre, su notion ci sono varie opzioni e varie codici da poter utilizzare per creare progetti, gestire gli impegni, organizzare la settimana lavorativa, monitorare i progressi dei lavori da portare a termine. Infine, ciò che mi porta a considerare notion un ottimo task manager è il fatto di poter utilizzare anche dei template di persone importanti che li condividono in rete

Aspetti negativi:

Una cosa che aggiungerei in notion è la possibilità di poter scrivere con una pencil, ad esempio sugli ipad. Inoltre, farei in modo che su notion si possano creare delle flash cards in maniera più rapida e che ci siano codici esempio già preimpostati

P uò richiedere un po' di tempo per essere imparato a pieno, soprattutto se non si ha molta esperienza con le piattaforme di produttività online. Inoltre, il prezzo può essere un po' elevato per gli utenti individuali, ma è giustificato dalle numerose funzionalità e dalla flessibilità che offre.

Ho scoperto Notion da qualche mese e ne sono decisamente soddisfatto. In azienda, avevamo bisogno di un servizio che ci permettesse di condividere le informazioni con tutti i nostri collaboratori e di tenere sotto monitoraggio tutti i progetti portati avanti dei collaboratori stessi. Notion Si è rivelata la soluzione ideale: permette un’ottima collaborazione tra i vari team e farsi che non si perda alcuna informazione. Da quando abbiamo iniziato ad usarlo riusciamo a tenere una maggiore organizzazione dei nostri progetti.

Aspetti negativi:

Dal momento che contiene al suo interno tantissime funzioni diverse, in un primo momento può risultare difficile capire appieno il funzionamento della piattaforma. Abbiamo realizzato diversi tutorial per spiegare ai nostri ragazzi come utilizzare al meglio la piattaforma, ma aldilà di questo è davvero un’ottima piattaforma che mi sento di consigliare.

Fantastico per ogni tipo di progetto

È estremamente personalizzabili quindi va bene per tutti. Non importa se lo usi per temi personali, un’azienda o per l’università puoi trovare funzionalità che si adattano a tutti. È molto comodo poter avere tanti progetti/cartelle/gruppi in un unico programma

L’applicazione del telefono non è del tutto ottimizzata e alcune cose non si vedono bene. Dal punto di vista grafico c’è poca possibilità di personalizzazione (tipo e dimensione dei caratteri ecc)

Tra i migliori software per il planning, ma con qualche pecca

Le quasi infinite possibilità di personalizzazione, la varietà di template disponibili online, la possibilità di trascinare elementi per riorganizzare testo e tabelle.

Curva di apprendimento: difficile inizialmente prenderci la mano, servirebbero corsi di formazione appositi per imparare ad usarlo per bene, integrazione con altri servizi non proprio ottimale

Ha tutte le carte in regola, ma non mi ha convinto

Commenti: Pecca di minimalismo, che paradossalmente lo rende di difficile utilizzo. Le funzioni principali dovrebbero essere ben chiare, al contrario mi sono spesso trovato a chiedermi come ottenere anche le azioni più basilari. Forse ha bisogno di una curva di apprendimento più alta rispetto a quanto in questo momento sono disposto a concedere.

Ho provato ad usarlo per alcune settimane ma non mi ha convinto: mi sembra poco intuitivo e con funzionalità troppo elaborate per quanto riguarda la scrittura di memo, note e collaborazione.

Ottimo software disponibile anche gratuitamente su telefono. Fantastico per prendere appunti, monitorare e condividere dei progetti, creare una To do list giornaliera, segnare date importanti in calendario..

Da telefono mi ha dato qualche problema sulla visualizzazione delle varie schermata. Molto meglio da pc.

Polimorfismo e Dinamicità per la Gestione

Aspetti positivi:

Fluido e dinamico: permette di creare e strutturare documenti per la gestione del lavoro e la conservazione delle informazioni in modo polimorfico e ipertestuale.

Aspetti negativi:

Avere la totale flessibilità nel creare la struttura dei documenti potrebbe confondere chi cerca tool già strutturati. Non è molto affidabile nel caso in cui si cerchi il totale accesso offline alle informazioni conservate sulla piattaforma.

Tool dalle mille potenzialità!

L’ho scoperto grazie a dei colleghi che lo utilizzavano ed è molto utile per gestire documenti e flussi per i clienti di agenzia.

Commenti: I decided to start using notion when I saw a review on YouTube, my main usage at that moment was organization. At first, I found it difficult to create my new tables, and it took me a while to learn how to use the formulas and different features. Once I learned, I created big tables with dependant columns and rows and automatic values, which have been helping me to keep a record of my grades at school and university, to track my tasks and organize my homework and work.

When you become a pro in Notion every aspect is a pro. Notion works in different devices (computer, android, ios), it allows collaborative work, you can create view-only or editing links, it works great not only for personal organization, but also for work tasks. At work is good for project management, scheduling tasks, taking progress and tasks of each employee, etc. It also has good options to filter access to each file. This allows to share the same document with different access levels in a big organization.Although I didn't find it too easy at first for complex tasks, there are various tutorials and documentation on the internet, and Notion and users provide free templates for different use cases, which makes everything easy.

The main drawback I found is that is not as intuitive as many people think. The user interface is friendly and nice, but when you want to create complex tables with many columns and automatic actions, it gets complex without knowing how to use it. Is as spread-shits, as long as you want to do simple actions with the basic formulas, will be ok. However, when you want to implement complex structures and use advance functions It may get complicated if you don't know how to use it.Anyway, it is not too difficult to lean, and once you know how to use it, you can create wonderful documents and tables that will simplify many jobs and will help you keep organized.
