The company can't remove it from their side either, and I can't remove it from mine. So apparently nobody can fix it, yet here we are. What should be a straightforward technical fix has turned into months of frustration, endless back-and-forth emails, and absolutely no resolution. Their support system is broken, their team doesn't communicate internally, and they seem incapable of solving even basic problems.
