We switched to Tiledesk from Drift, and are not looking back. Tiledesk is more lightweight (better for pagespeed), far, far less expensive, with way better chatbot support.
Setting up a self instance was complicated. I'll leave that to the pros.

Il chat-bot è stato valutato ma non ancora utilizzato; verrà adottato nei prossimi mesi. Intuitiva e di notevole ausilio l'interfaccia, sia del front-end che della parte amministrativa /gestionale riservata agli operatori

Poter comunicare con probabili clienti via chat mentre visitano il sito del b&b è una grande occasione per convincerli a prenotare fornendo assistenza e informazioni immediate.
Grazie all'integrazione di Tiledesk con whatzapp o telegram non ho bisogno di installare app aggiunntive sul mio smartphone. Spero presto integrerò la funzionalità per far effettuare il pagamento della prenotazione direttamente nella chat.. per noi è fondamentale disintermedializzare evitando le commissioni OTA.

è una free chat, ottima l'integrazione di Tiledesk con altri software, whatzapp, telegram e sistemi di pagamento, facile da installere sul mio sito WordPress anche senza plugin. Non meno importante la possibilità di personalizzare lo stile grafico ed il brand in modo che la chat risulti perfettamente integrata con il mio sito.

Commenti: il chatbot ponendo una serie di domande al potenziale cliente riesce a capire il suo reale interesse a instaurare con lo studio una vera attività di consulenza. In questa maniera io e i miei collaboratori e l'attività di segreteria non perde tempo a rispondere a contatti provenienti per esempio da email (conversazione asimmetrica che porta lunghe attese nelle risposte). Il chatbot praticamente fa risparmiare tempo! un sacco di tempo!

Il lato forte del software è sicuramente la semplicità d'utilizzo: più volte ho riscontrato problemi a capire determinate opzioni, qui invece è tutto trasparente e cristallino. Sono riuscita persino senza utilizzo di app esterne/aggiuntive ad integrare altri software come whatsapp, telegram e chi ne ha più ne metta; comunicazione ottimizzata al meglio!

Commenti: Tiledesk is great to get going and I was able to get it to 90% of expectation in a very short amount of time. The pricing is extremely competitive and the open-source license is a panacea for commitmentphobes.

Tiledesk was incredibly easy to get up and running and all of the features just worked. It is also extremely cost effective, and the open-source aspect of the licensing makes it possible to effect change if one is motivated enough.

There are a handful of visual/UI flows that feel somewhat cumbersome. Unsure if that is an issue of refinement, or if that is by design.
