It used to be stressful keeping track of all the different state requirements and deadlines, especially with multiple facilities involved. But with Encamp, a lot of that process is automated and organized in one place. It’s saved me a ton of time and given me more confidence that everything’s being done correctly; which means fewer surprises and less risk of missing something important. > > **Inconvenienti**: One downside I’ve noticed with Encamp is that there can be a bit of a learning curve at the beginning. The platform has a lot of features, which is great in the long run, but it took some time to get familiar with everything and figure out how to best fit it into our existing workflow. The whole group seems very knowledgeable and they have been very willing to listen to our requests and suggestions. They have been very responsive any time we have come across any issues. For example, updating contacts while in a report isn't the most user friendly. You have to go out of the report, back to the contacts tab, and then back into your facility report from there. Another suggestion would be to alphabetize our facilities from the home screen so they're easier to find. They were in order in the "facilities" screen, but not in our home screen where we could actually start changing/editing/updating reports for the reporting season. > > It's been great.
