Easy to deploy product with up to date examples for security awareness training

Commenti: Our team was an early adopter of IDAgent Darkweb ID, this product was introduction as an add our to our subscription and it was easily adopted and sold to our customers. We also integrate some of our personal training courses into the LMS system.

IDAgent's BullPhish training product is popular due to its realistic simulations, customizable features, and user-friendly interface. The product offers authentic phishing simulations, enabling users to develop skills in detecting and avoiding phishing attacks. It allows customization based on specific needs, such as industry or job roles, and provides a user-friendly interface with clear instructions, making it accessible to individuals with varying technical knowledge. I do use other products from the parent company so having additional workflows and integrations is a bonus.

Aspetti negativi:

There is really not a con to the product, in general, If users do not actively participate or take the training seriously, the desired outcomes may not be achieved. Ensuring consistent user engagement and encouraging a security-conscious culture within the organization is crucial for maximizing the benefits of the training. We cannot force users to take the training.

Ability to add users midway through a 12 month training regiment needs improvement.

It checks the boxes

Commenti: It's ok, don't love it, don't hate it. Like many Kaseya products it checks the box.

It checks the boxes to get reduced cyber insurance

It isnt as good in features or videos as knowbe4, we use both, bullphish for the people who want the cheaper insurance.

Review of BullPhish ID

Commenti: My overall experience with BullPhish ID is good. I would like to see a remedation piece so that users can see what they missed and why. Also, I would like to see some trainging geared to students (5-12th) so that we may begin to train them as well.

The product was easy to use and setup and the videos are real world scenarios.

There is no remedation training to show what users missed and why. Also, as an aminstratror I can not see details of each users training. I can only see who has completed the training and who has not.

Commenti: Bullphish is one of the first layers of protection and part of all of our new hire training now.

Product is easy to use for both Training and Phishing. You can use the default templates or edit those to add your own touch to the emails. Reports are seamless, download is ready to go out in 1 minute and easy to follow

The development team needs to keep up on new material on a more consistent basis. Everything now a days is based on UPS, LInked In, Amazon etc so continue to make the new material towards those brands for the clients that use is more than twice a month.

Good product for Phishing awareness and training.

Ease of use once we got it integrated into our Microsoft environments. Practically a set it for the year and forget it.

The reporting of the training was a pain but now with the new automatic reporting that will help.

Commenti: Once setup, it is simple to send out addition Awareness Training modules

That my clients enjoy the contend and seem to look forward to the next training

Developing the client list creating groups was cumbersome and not easy at first

Commenti: How easy it is to navigate throughout the Dashboard. Easy to setup campaigns and check them regularly. Just started doing QBR's and the exported reports are great to use.

At first, it was difficult to setup the campaigns. However, we had a rep contact us and help us through the issues within a week of use.

There is no select all option when we select trainings, we have to drag and drop one by one. If there was a feature to select all, that would be good.
