Exclaimer is linked to the email provider so if the provider is having problems, then Exclaimer will have problems. This is expected but worth mentioning.

Overall great software
Aspetti positivi:
It is very easy to deploy and implement in M365.It is also easy to configure complex systems with mutliple different signatures.
Aspetti negativi:
Some functionalities are currently missing for the outlook implementation. For example the fragmentation of signatures into multiple blocks that get combined to a single signature. It works well in the server side implementation, but in the outlook version you get seperate blocks that you can't combine.It would be very helpful for campaign banners and the likes.

My review title explains most of the benefits. For a SME with a very minimal IT support Team. This helps us keep a consistent look to all our users email Templates. We area Micrsoft 365 users, but we are Hybrid for users and computers. I really like the fact that user info entered AD can be queried by Exclaimer and used to personalise the email signatures even URLS. Telephone Support was super helpful too on the few occasions I needed this.
Aspetti negativi:
Although I don't know the exact cost to our company, I do understand some companies may find this product a bit pricey. However, for us, the flexibility of this product out weighs this.

Other than a new UI to the editor/management interface, there hasn't really been any "new" killer features for signatures or ease of use in many years - recently, they seem to try to flog other products and over complicate the plans now by launching different tiers.I also feel support has been terrible over the years when it comes to anything from dealing with an outage to knowledge on their own product.
Slightly dated UI, but capable system
Commenti: I've been using it for over 2 years now with minimal issues. The main downside is that it took our IT team about a year to get around to implementing some custom AD fields to sync with Exclaimer, but the system is flexible enough that we were able to move forward with more manual methods until the dev work was completed.

Exclaimer provides all of the needed organization and sectioning for our business with 3 distinct units that all rely on separated branding and control.
Aspetti negativi:
The UI is a little dated, and sometimes it can be tricky to get custom AD fields to sync correctly to Exclaimer.
Alternative considerate:
Dependable signatures to maintain Corporate branding.
Commenti: Exclaimer has been more dependable than other products I have used, but customizing templates for different departments can be tricky.

Its great to maintain a consistent Company branding look so that people do not take creative license.

I would like to be able to create template sections to add to signatures, or to be able to cut and paste elements between signatures.

I like that it integrates with Azure. I also like all the customization options and you can have signatures automatically assigned. The signature tester is wonderful.
Aspetti negativi:
It takes a bit to get used to, but it has a lot to use.
Great Autosignature Tool
Aspetti positivi:
Its flexibility and ease of use and that it integrates easily with customer thermometer and that autosignatures are brand aligned and include all legal disclaimers as well as allowing us to promote marketing campaigns for different groups.
Aspetti negativi:
The sender query function could do with a results window before applying. In addition it doesn't allow you to test the signature without enabling it.

Commenti: Overall, it has been a great product and it has been cost effective for a lot of the businesses we support.
Aspetti positivi:
The simplicity of the product is the best. Setting it up in Microsoft 365 is very easy and allows us to manage everyone's signature without making the small changes on everyone's machine individually.
Aspetti negativi:
The editor is completely usable and it works, however, it is a little bit clunky and can sometimes be a little bit buggy.

Commenti: Overall it is a great product that consistently delivers. No issues with service or reliability. Customer Support is very responsive.

The ability to have all the signatures uniformed is powerful as users typically start modifying their signature away from the corporate standard. Exclaimer maintains consistency with signatures which is great and even syncs the users with Azure. Another powerful feature is to be able to create different types of signatures for different teams or departments within the organization which keeps it well managed.
Aspetti negativi:
There is a steep learning curve to master all the features and capabilities of Exclaimer. It would be nice if there was some guides or videos to help new Admins get started. Lastly, trying to edit a template or existing signature (e.g. add a new field such as for Microsoft Bookings) is an arduous task to say the least as all the formatting gets moved around. Difficult to modify after the fact.
It is easy and very user friendly and not complicated

Solid system for email signatures
Commenti: We don't have any complaints about exclaimer. We've been using it for a number of years and it's always done exactly what we need it to do.

Exclaimer is easy to deploy, use and manage. The setup process is a step-by-step process on the browser with no deployment to end users (excluding the option for them to see their signatures in outlook).Very easy to change design and groups etc. Overall a reliable, robust system.
Aspetti negativi:
I found that the drag and drop option for designing the signature can be a bit clunky at times and not as smooth as it could be.
Default & Custom Email Signature Implementation in Exclaimer

The design elements are great. We've only had a bit of difficulty syncing with server at times but once we implement changes they're good for the extent of use.

Commenti: We previously had the on-premises solution in a hybrid environment, but now we have fully migrated to the cloud, and Exclaimer Cloud has enabled us to do that.

- Supports all functions that we have also used on the on-premises solution- Good and easy to use graphical editor- Simple setup

- We had some difficulties with sending mails on behalf of a group.
Must have product if you're using Outlook 365
Commenti: Happy with overall experience. When reaching out to customer support, it takes about 24 hrs to respond, but they respond. Wish there was a technical support number I can call.

Exclaimer Cloud
Commenti: Very good, initial setup was managed very well and it was easy to navigate the interface, customer support was on the spot and very helpful.

It is very easy to manage and with the setup support was very helpful to feel at ease with the platform. The integration with m365 was a breeze to setup since it is almost full managed by exclaimer.
Aspetti negativi:
The M365 integration it is a bit iffy and I think it is a bit of an overkill give full administrative power to the exclaimer tenant in order to setup the connectors, could be better to implement an integration with api and limited user and leave to the customer configure the m365 tenant.
Standard Cloud Signature

Good Product
Commenti: Overall, my experience has been fairly good. It was a little intimidating at first, but once I got the hang of how to use it, management and deployment has been pretty easy.
