I like that you can create bot chats with automation, but you can also point conversations directly to a member of your team. I also like that reps can chat out of the insent platform or out of Slack. Their analytics are also very useful for measuring and evaluating conversations. &#10;&#10;I love that the product team is constantly releasing improvements (their velocity is impressive\!) and that they seriously consider and quickly implement customer feedback. Our account manager, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], has been incredibly hands on and helpful, and has kept us moving forward, answering questions and helping us get set up and successful. I appreciate how proactive he is, and how he has gotten to know and understand our business and use case.
