They make set up a breeze and it is integrated with our management system now too.

Aspetti negativi:

The integration piece is a bit clunky because of the way we process agency-billed payments but they provided a workaround that flows well.

Commenti: Helped us with every aspect or customers payment plans and surprisingly our payments to companies and vendors. When I signed up in 2018, did not know that these were even a possibility.
But boy do I like them.

EPAY supercharged our agency

Commenti: Great so far. It looks like it has a lot of features that I don't use or even understand.

Before EPAY clients had to mail us paper checks for agency billed policies when the company that didn't have their own payment system. This caused massive delays. We had to wait for the check, then deposit it, then wait for it to clear. What used to take 1 or even 2 weeks has been shortened down to 15 minutes.

Aspetti negativi:

I wish the link to make a payment page was right on the main page. I have to click several links to get to it, which is annoying since it's one of only two features I use. I also wish I could send payments to clients, and not just carriers. Sometimes we need to send refunds to clients, and I have to hand write checks which I hate because it is time consuming. The ability to copy/paste the clients name, check amount, mailing address, and memo and have EPAY send them a check for me would be a huge time saver.

The hefty increase in the check processing option was a hard pill to swallow - Had that increase been done in 2 smaller increases, it wouldn't have been as hard to convince clients to use -

Commenti: The relatively quick turnaround of receiving funds is great. the overall ease of use is great for both our staff and our customers. And I love when our MGAs/Brokers use it for allowing us to see our open invoices with them and pay those premiums quickly online.

the fees for processing payments, both ACH and credit cards, have increased quite a bit since we first started using the product a few years ago.

Commenti: Our experience has been very good. It's been a great tool to have, and we've used it very frequently.

User friendliness for both our agency users & our clients. Easy transition for payments being directly deposited into our bank account.

As far as I'm aware, there is not currently a feature that allows us to send invoices directly to our clients. It would be nice to have a page that shows all open invoices, with due dates and reminders.

easy & fast digital payments

ePayPolicy is easy to use for both admins and payers. The interface is streamlined and simple to understand. Fees are very transparent.

Aspetti negativi:

I wish we could set up invoices with more than one payment amount option so people could select the amount which is required for their preferred installment plan. Also, most of our users don't remember that they can set up custom invoice links so they spend a lot of time typing out emails with instructions to send with the basic link. Maybe they don't feel like they are "allowed" to sign into our account or they just forget that it's an option? Better training on that feature would be helpful.

Commenti: It has always been a great experience in the time I have been with epay.

I have been using epay for years now for insurance premium payments. Many of the GAs I work with also use them. Best value or cc or echeck processing that I have been able to found and super easy to use!

Commenti: We have used ePayPolicy for years and have nothing but good things to say. It has helped facilitate our large growth as all payments can just be done online and there is no waiting for checks in the mail.

Excellent Option for Insurance Payments

During implementation, we requested a number of changes for the client-facing interface, and the technicians at ePayPolicy were very helpful.

Commenti: Mostly positive, problems I've had were addressed quickly

My clients like the ease of using ePay to pay their premiums; I too appreciate being able to easily pay my carriers and wholesalers. The platform is pretty straight forward to use and you can customize your individual page which is a nice feature.

Aspetti negativi:

I don't like having to pay when I send payments--I pay a monthly fee to ePay so I should be exempt from those payment sending fees! I also don't think the "back" pages where admins check what's going on are very user friendly--it can be challenging.
