Commenti: Overall, it is a great tool unquestionably. Whether it is data extraction, prospecting or maintenance, you can manage everything very easily and helps you a lot to increase the frequency of your reach out as well as conversions in the sales niche.

Lusha is an amazing tool when it comes to extract leads and their contact info no matter if it is their contact number or their e-mail, Lusha turned to be the most accurate as compared to the other tools in the same space. Not only, is it easy to use it is almost accurate every single time. You can easily keep a track of all the leads that you extracted at one place. You can also extract multiple leads at the same time, saving a lot of time when used in an integrated format with the other sales tools/softwares like LinkedIn. Also, the USP of this tool that was the most relevant to me was its prospecting feature where you have various filters to actually deep dive into a particular industry/ niche and extract the data in a structured manner industry by industry. Moreover, you also get a lot of free credits every month when you join the Lusha community providing something extra to their members.
Aspetti negativi:
All in all it is a great platform for increasing your overall sales but sometimes it might provide inaccurate information like the phone numbers might be old and now not in use. Also, it is a little expensive when you want to use it on a full fledged basis with all the features in place.

Its interface is beautiful and made contact extraction become something much more "normal" to me. Super easy to use and I simply love the fact that it shows prior to credit usage whether one will have access to an email, phone number, or both.
Aspetti negativi:
The fact that the extension requires some permissions that I do not feel comfortable allowing them to have. I ended up using the web platform only.

Commenti: It is often that I can't find contact details for an individual on Lusha, however, when I go to ZoomInfo or Rocket Search I can find it

Easy-to-use data enrichment platform with flexible pricing
Commenti: Overall, the platform is easy to use and has a lot of cool features. I would say the data enrichment piece seems to be at least 75% accurate if not more. I do wish that on our plan I am able to upload a CSV of names and companies and have it automatically enrich all of that data instead of having to go one-by-one.

Lusha is an easy-to-use lead generating and data enrichment platform. It's a great tool for me as a marketer who doesn't have a sales team and works for a small company trying to get a sales motion in place.
Aspetti negativi:
I don't like that the credits are use-it-or-lose-it. As a small company in a tough economy, our budgets are constantly fluctuating. I paid for a certain amount of credits but due to competing priorities, could not keep up with using them. Then, we had to downgrade our subscription based on cost cutting. Since I already paid for the credits, I feel like I should have been able to use them whenever I wanted even after downgrading (and then just not get more new ones).
Expensive, but it solves the problem like no other

Lusha's slogan should be "data you can trust". While other tools in the market just "guess" your prospect email, Lusha gets it right. I don't know details about their database, but the accuracy of the e-mails and phone numbers provided are incredible high. Other tools in the market just make a guess like "[email protected]", try to validate it and that's all. Most of them can't even give phone numbers. I have tested over 15 tools (Hunter, Snov, Findthatlead, Skrapp and etc) and I can assure that Lusha is the most accurate.

I find it very pricey. You can buy larger credit packs and get a discount, but it's still way more expensive than competitors.

Commenti: Its a one stop shop for getting authentic data of key personas who are difficult to reach for sales guys. <Most of the time their mobile numbers and email ids are valid and it helps us connect first time right personas. Saves lot of effort and time for sales.

Product integration with Linkedin, data authenticity and ease of use are the best part of Lusha
Aspetti negativi:
Still to findany limitation. Sometimes the data is incorrect but its good that we have option to inform about the same.

Commenti: It was abit of getting used to in the beginning. Also because we had to convince some other colleagues about the functionalities it has. I wasn't sure myself either in the beginning, since I could not find as much information as I was hoping to.
Aspetti positivi:
Lusha is really easy to use. You simply install the plugin and you're ready to go.
Aspetti negativi:
What I like least about the software is that it's somewhat inconsistent in its records. Especially in the branche we are working in, it is sometimes quite difficult to find information on specific profiles. Some tests I ran, I only got 2 out of 40 records. It also sometimes sais to go to a profile, while I am at one already.

Commenti: Its alright, we are looking elsewhere though due to the fact that a lot of the emails are wrong.

I like how there is a chrome extension and how it automatically searches for emails/phone numbers without having to action it to do so.
Aspetti negativi:
A lot of the emails are unfortunately wrong... I tried it on my own linkedin profile and it didnt work, there was an email that I had actually never used or was associated with.
Alternative considerate: ClientCircle
Perché passare a Lusha: I thought the set up looked better, and I felt like it never required me to go to another site or open another window which often is required with RocketReach

easy to use, simple but does the job (that is a good thing, many tools are too complex for their use).
Aspetti negativi:
The results are not great, it does give results but there are competitors out there that have a higher degree of accuracy AND generate info on more leads.

The WORST tool out there, the customer support in Israel is just horrific
Commenti: SCAM ALERT - Horrible experience with the software and with the support team. I cancelled the subscription only to find out a few days later that it wasn't cancelled and I was charged anyway. I tried cancelling again and when I went through the whole process the cancellation failed AGAIN without notifying me at all that somethign went wrong. When I asked the rep to cancel it for me and give me a refund for the month that I didn't use and didn;'t even log in once, he asked me for an email confirmation, in the same conversation he admitted that they don't always send email confirmations.

The qualitity of data is horrible, I guess one out of 10 leads will have a correct data

I LOVE the fact that it works SO WELL! Moreover, the team is super helpful whenever I face technical issues or need help
Aspetti negativi:
The permissions that the extension asks for make me unconfortable - and my cybersecurity team did not allow me to use it, so on my corporate computer I am only allowed to use the Prospecting Dashboard

Great prospecting tool
Commenti: I love this tool but more needs to be spent on development and integration.

it find me mobile numbers i can't find anywhere else and therefore makes a huge impact on the opportunities I can find

The lack of integration with SFDC is a pain. The upload to SFDC function was such a fantastic release, a complete game changer for time spent on prospecting. However, it could be a lot better. When you upload a lead it should integrated fields such as country, Job title, lead owner etc so Lusha could definitely be doing better on this part. Providing better field update would bring the company to the next level.
Good solution but expensive

1. Many phone numbers in the database are incorrect, leading to the wastage of credits. Also if a user stops the subscription, all the remaining leads go waste. • We have found some of the companies from the packaging & Steel industries contacts were not reflecting • Some of the remote locations like Bhopal, Nagpur, Himachal Pradesh, etc were found to be unavailable • Found 30 – 35 % of contacts are invalid email ids. For example, I have picked up 10 contacts out of those at least 4 bounce back.

Best product for Lead generation

Lusha is very useful in finding the email address of any people, I usually search for leads on Linkedin and my Lusha is integrated with my Linkedin for Business. I was able to find email addresses so easily with the help of Lusha. Lusha is easy to use and the interface is so simple, go to the LinkedIn profile and click on show email id on the Lusha plugin and that's it, you will find the email address of your lead. I also use Lusha for lead generation, this is a very easy way to find leads and their contact information. Overall Lusha is the best product for me to find the leads and their contact information.

There should be an option to update some email address that was wrong on the Lusha, I have seen many times some errors in email address but there was no option to update that.

Great Addon to get more information about leads

I use Lusha on daily basis to get information on leads that I am looking at on Linkedin. Many times Lusha is able to give me the personal details that I am missing from my other CRM databases.
Aspetti negativi:
It seems like there are times that information is incorrect and there is no way to correct it or inform that it's wrong.

Integration into CRM system is not applicable. No automatic import into company's CRM. Part of the time the information is not correct and there is no validation tool

One of the best Enrichment tool which can be used by any industry
Aspetti positivi:
Lusha is one of the best tool available in the market which helps any Database enrichment team work more easy. We have been using multiple tools and Lusha provides the best results. Using Lusha and Hubspot helps easy export of data into the CRM.
Aspetti negativi:
As not all enrichment platforms are accurate, it happens with Lusha as well for atleast 8-10% of Inaccurate emails/contact details are provided.
Nice alternative to more premium products

Good quality contacts at some reasonable pricing. The tools like their extensions all worked smoothly and properly.
Aspetti negativi:
The contact data wasn't as expansive or detailed a other vendors. Their product suite is a bit smaller compared to other vendor offers.

Lusha has made life easier by enabling faster access to contacts on LinkedIn. Earlier I would have had to send several messages to a contact in order to get a response. Now I can get their handphone number with one click. It has really helped me in improving the quality of my network with a direct access to them. I don't think any business development professional or consultant can imagine life without LUsha.

Many times the contact details are wrong. The phone numbers are not correct. Sometimes no details are given whatsoever.

I love that if I need to speak to the decision maker at a business, either CEO, Marketing Director or GM Lusha will 50% of the time have the correct mobile number ad email address. This saves me a lot of time as I do not have to go through reception desks to speak to these people

The 'widget' just sits on top of your web pages and works for you. It often finds 'impossible' phone numbers that other solutions simply don't have. Very easy to use.

Excellent tool for lead generation and data extraction
Commenti: I am actually able to target the right person rather than trying to connect with that through the office board line numbers because most of the times they never give you their email address. So by using Lusha I am actually able to reach out to the right person and that eventually increases my work efficiency. All in all I am quite happy with Lusha and wish Team Lusha all the best!

The only thing that i dislike about Lusha is the number of free credits they give every month. 5 free credits is too low. They could atleast make them 25, that's what I feel.
