Commenti: Esperienza sicuramente ottima, molto migliorativa rispetto ad altri CRM utilizzati in passato.

Aspetti positivi:

La funzionalità del software è indiscutibile, molto intuitivo e ci aggiungerei abbastanza "guidato" nella propria dinamica. Nello stesso periodo di utilizzo della versione di prova di Bigin ho utilizzato altri CRM, ma questo è di sicuro il migliore che abbia mai provato. IL prezzo è molto accessibile, se paragonato soprattutto ad altri CRM di similari caratteristiche e funzionalità. Molte le potenzialità che offre il software nel proprio utilizzo. Mi sta cambiando il modo di lavorare di giorno in giorno.

Aspetti negativi:

Un po' difficoltoso all'inizio l'importazione dei contatti, pur essendoci la sincronizzazione con Google e dunque anche con i contatti, ho trovato i passaggi un po' "macchinosi" i passaggi da fare, ma dopo aver capito la funzionalità non ho più avuto difficoltà.

Commenti: Dopo aver caricato i database ho iniziato ad usarlo e mi sono trovato bene per la semplicità d'uso e la completezza delle opzioni.

Aspetti positivi:

E' un CRM completo per la gestione dei contatti e tracciare le comunicazioni con i clienti. Per mettere di conservare tutte le comunicazioni avute, e a differenza di altri, c'è anche la versione gratuita.

Aspetti negativi:

Sicuramente il costo contenuto e il fatto di essere completo nella gestione delle comunicazioni è stato determinante nella scelta.

I really want to love it.

Commenti: Overall, in spite of the problems, I really like Bigin and am very happy I found it. I'd recommend it for sure. But I'm looking forward to the bugs getting fixed so I can like it more.

There is so much I love about this app. It's pretty simple to use, has a lot of great features, probably everything I need, to be honest. After they work out the bugs, I think it will be pretty great.

There are bugs, as in some things don't even work, important things. I've reported enough to make me feel like we're beta testers. But though it reveals something about their dev team, I'm still hopeful they'll eventually get it right because they do try hard. It's obvious they put a lot of time and money into their support team, but as hard as they try to get this right, they really need to train them better. Sometimes I end up having to find answers myself and then train them. They also need to have a team in the U.S. as they are very difficult to understand through the thick Indian accent on the phone.

Commenti: I am very much very happy with this CRM tool. I was in need of a CRM tool that is easy in usage and that would adhere to all my wishes. There are so many possibilities and what I like best is the possibilities of the different pipelines that you can create.

I would have found it better to had the webinar Bigin By Zoho CRM - Overview & Setup (EU & UK) much sooner. I had to wait over a week to join on in my timezone.

However, I struggled to find one with the best email integration. Then, I came across Bigin. It's more affordable and offers everything a small business requires. Setting up email and WhatsApp integrations was straightforward.

The developers even made a WhatsApp integration specifically for small businesses. I think soon we'll get access to WhatsApp's marketing and service tools too, which would be fantastic. And if developers add Facebook Meta Business integration, Bigin will cover everything a small business needs.

First things first, this thing is easy to use. No tech degree required, just point and click. Even my grandma (well, maybe not my grandma...) could probably figure it out. Plus, there's a free plan that's perfect for testing the waters before you dive in. The paid plans are budget-friendly too, which is a major win for a small business like us. And for the price, you get some cool features like automated emails (lifesaver!) and a system that helps you prioritize leads. Zoho Begin also plays nicely with other Zoho apps, which is a bonus if you're already part of the Zoho fam. Everything feels connected and streamlined. Not Quite Perfect

Aspetti negativi:

Now, don't get me wrong, it's not all sunshine and rainbows. Zoho Begin doesn't have all the bells and whistles of some other CRMs. If you're looking for fancy marketing automation or super detailed sales pipeline stuff, you might need to look elsewhere. I love how intuitive and easy to configure it was. Also, their functionalities are exactly what you need for a small business to keep things going in a timely and organized manner. I like the pipeline function the most.

Aspetti negativi:

Sometimes when adding a new deal I can´t add a New Product or add a New Client while doing that - so I need to close the deal, add the client or product first and then add the deal. It might be a bug, but I think it could be more streamlined.
