Commenti: Overall, I am super happy that I found out about Pabbly, I have two active integrations through it for this current client and I am planning to buy extra lifetime credits to use for future clients too. There's simply no way I would pay for Zapier in a future where we have Pabbly Connect.

Vast number of integrations, combined with a super versatile webhook and API connectors which allows you to connect virtually any app with any other app. Interface is fairly straightforward. Support is alright. The service is overall reliable and works pretty fast (within the minute!). Did I mention how affordable it is - and there's even a lifetime deal if you're like me and hate monthly subscriptions!

Interface can be improved upon, it looks a bit old, and sometimes doesn't give you actionable feedback when some error is encountered.

Commenti: I love the effort and dedication of the company, but we are considering alternatives that are easier to maintain. It appears this product is intended for users with a developer background.
They need to invest more in documentation and support and make it easier to use/troubleshoot.

-Workflows are difficult -troubleshooting is not easy -every time you add a field, you need to restart the process from the beginning. Very difficult with a form with 50+ questions -No phone support. -Few bugs hear and there. -Lack of good "print" documentation with examples. Heavliy relaying on Youtube for documentation.

All through Pabbly Connect, it's truly a fantastic experience to never miss a beat.

A plethora of supported applications, even if you don't have a direct way of connecting data to app, or API to some other database. You'll likely find a way with Pabbly Connect. The team work so hard getting information out to you too, workshops, how to's, private and public forums, and the support is outstanding they really help you think about automation in many creative ways.

Aspetti negativi:

I do truly wise there was a way to bundle automations and distribute with our team. There are times, web, local and collaboration automations could truly be leveraged by Pabbly, build these together would also be a truly powerful ability.

Commenti: I use Pabbly Connect for my own projects and also my client ones. I started playing around with a free account mainly for testing and then moved to the paid one.
Most of my flows are related to Google (sheets, slides, Gmail) and work awesome, I use webhooks a lot and most of the other SaaS I work with have integration with Pabbly Connect. So far It has been a great tool, easy to use, not expansive, active community and always bringing new integrations.

Pabbly got an amazing community that is very active, the founder is there and it keeps sharing tips, use cases, and news. They also got a huge amount of video tutorials for many use cases, it is so easy to follow them to create your own workflows. The lifetime deal is insane, in my opinion both lifetime and monthly plans are the most competitive in the market.

Honestly I haven't found anything I dislike from Pabbly connect.

Probably the best Zapier alternative

Commenti: It does all the automations we need. For emails, for CRM, for blogs, for SMM posts. Even to Telegram! When we are stuck with setting up some task we look for Pabbly tutorial video. Even if its not helpful or non-existent, the support team will help you shortly.

We like the most that we dont pay for our workflow tasks anymore like we did when we were using Zapier.

It may seem a little bit clumsy, messy and overwhelming at the start compared to Zapier.

The product is extremely easy to use. If you have never used similar software, the learning curve is about an hour. It has my favorite softwares.

What I like least is the new configuration of the portal. It becomes difficult to know what products are or are not included in the product. It's a minor problem.

Commenti: I mainly use it to connect my different tools such as, for example, from my landing page I can pass the data to my email automation tool, or my bots or interview tools to understand the market well.

I loved Pabbly from the first moment I met, previously certain operations were precluded to me due to the decidedly higher costs of competitors, especially because mine was a business that was about to start and with a low budget.Thanks to the excellent work, the intuitive scheme that gives me to connect my landing pages with my email automation tool, I manage to do excellent lead generation.

Commenti: Zapier is way more intuitive & I feel like I trust it more when I turn on a zap vs a Pabbly workflow that I feel I need to watch closely for issues.

Aspetti negativi:

It's confusing to set up, too much of a learning curve for the average person. I'm very tech savvy & still had issues. I prefer how Zapier creates it's own test data. I don't want to have to create a test every time I set up a new workflow. I also ended up with workflows being run multiple times instead of once.

Commenti: Well, it definitely made my life easier and impressed a lot of our clients when they saw less need to go to google sheets as the alerts could reach them via whatsapp.

It's a perfect alternative for Zapier and Integromat. The best thing is they don't charge you for their internal modules you use like schedule, delay, email parser, etc. These modules use up most of the tasks in many of my workflows and pabbly made them free of charge and it's saving my costs by more than 50%. Their customer support is exceptional. The speed at which they integrate new applications are tremendous.

They are constantly making some improvements over their UI but still they are yet to reach their best.

Commenti: I have tested many applications of this type. There may be apps that are easier to set up, but they don't run as well, smoothly, or unattended. There may be ones that have more integrations, but they're much, much more expensive. For me, Pabbly Connect is the perfect combination of ease of use, stable operation, number of integrations and, above all, price. I highly recommend it - it's my number one!

The only drawback is probably the support. It is not bad, but quite inconvenient (support via dedicated forum).

Nice but slow

Having free steps makes customizing the workflow easy and inexpensive.

Aspetti negativi:

Unable to copy a step and paste it in a different route or workflow. Due to this a lot of time is wasted recreating a router. The steps also keep loading for a veryyyy long time these days.

Great automation website out there

Commenti: The overall experience with Pabbly Connect has been great, I have been using their service since few months now and they are adding new apps to integrate every week and I like that.

What I like the most about Pabbly Connect is the API app they have provided in their integration. I just love that, there are many websites which they haven't integrated into their system, and with the help of that API app I can easily integrate all the apps I want if the app I want to integrate supports API.

Aspetti negativi:

What I like least is that the website runs slow, I mean shows loading images every time I do something like save. And there aren't much apps to integrate with.

I really want to like it, but I just can't get it to work

Commenti: I really really want to like this product. I bought a lifetime subscription of Pabbly connect and ultimately have wasted a significant amount of money because I can't use it.

Good value for money compared to their competitors IF you can actually use the software.

As someone who has some basic technical knowledge, I have struggled with this product every time I have tried to use it. I have not been able to find examples of any of the use cases for I need the automations for. And support has not successfully helped me to resolve the issues. That's not to say that support hasn't tried to help, but this product is not suitable for those without quite a bit of pre-existing technical knowledge as there is no one on the other end who will assist when you simply can't get a workflow to work. It just shouldn't be that hard to make an automation workflow. And I have been able to create successful automations on other software.
