Commenti: Overall, I cannot imagine how my team could function without the help of TrueClicks! From the very beginning, the sales team was very informative and not too pushy about us signing up. We wanted to explore a few options and they encouraged that. Of course, we came running back to TrueClicks! We have been working on the platform for a little over a year and the TrueClicks team is great about checking in, and even better they are releasing updates constantly. Seriously, just when I think they can't make this platform any better, a new update comes out and improves everything!

Aspetti positivi:

Our team's absolute favorite feature of TrueClicks are the Efficiency & Pacing Targets. These enable us to keep an eye on the 144 Google Ads Accounts we manage at a high level and identify any red flags instantly on the platform and through email notifications. As a manager, I used to stress about my team's client accounts overspending but TrueClicks has completely eliminated that stress! The organization by team member is also unmatched and has improved our workflow ten-fold! One more thing we love about TrueClicks is the customer service! We sent an email about a change on the platform and we got a response within 24 hours that their internal team was on top of it, and the change was reversed hours later. Truly the best customer service we have of any platform. Lastly the learning materials are very clear and updated often. I can confidently say, using TrueClicks has made my digital team better at their jobs and improved results for our clients.

Aspetti negativi:

I wish we could see more Google Ads metrics directly in the platform, however the new Efficiency & Pacing targets solve a lot of this issue. I know other platforms allowed more changes directly in the platform to Google Ads and a majority of the changes in TrueClicks need to be made in Google Ads.

Alternative considerate: Optmyzr, Opteo, Adzooma e Adalysis

Perché passare a TrueClicks: We chose TrueClicks because our major concerns were answered with the platform. Our biggest want was budget pacing monitoring after we had a few instances of accounts over spending. This checked that box and so many more. On top of that, TrueClicks was in budget. It was mid range compared to the other platforms we looked at but worth every penny!

TrueClicks to start your day in PPC

Commenti: Very pleased with TrueClicks on an overall basis. Use it everyday and makes my start of the day much easier than manually checking my accounts, one by one.

The budget-tracker is an absolute must. Every morning I can track all my accounts under 'My accounts'-section, which are a lot, very easily on how they are spending. Also the quality checks provide substantial insights on how my accounts are performing and direct actions are taken easily either within TrueClicks itself or a suggestion is made, which can be used to make the proper changes in the account.

Aspetti negativi:

When you set up a budget tracker, so a tracker based on cost, I have had numerous times where my monthly budgets didn't line up correctly with what I have provided. When setting up a cost-tracker for an account, I would advice a more clear text-box where you can fill out the budget per month. Now it's a budget per line, is a budget per month, where mistakes are easily made. A more clearer textbox with months + budget would help.

While most of Trueclicks features is great and I really like it, I do miss some more advanced features that other products offer. Hopefully that will come in the future!

The budget pacing feature is awesome!

Most of all, I like the budget pacing feature the most, it helps me keep track of individual campaign spends, especially when the client has a set budget for a campaign or a set of campaigns.

Aspetti negativi:

When using the budget pacing feature and setting the budget start date to today, sometimes target daily spend doesn't show, and I have to manually calculate it. I also do not like that the target daily spend is rounded up to a whole number, which makes it hard to manage smaller budgets for clients, where even .50$ daily matter.

Perfectly categorised overview of account hygiene and optimisation opportunities.

Commenti: Very good and satisfied with the application so far. Happy that development of the application is well underway and new functions seem to rise really frequent, which is very nice. I am pretty sure that both a junior and a medior SEA specialist can extract enough useful data from it to improve overall account hygiene.

1. Clear breakdown of key hygiene optimisations within the account. 2. Alerting on specific metrics within accounts as well as bulk alerting 3. Ability to fix broken links within the application 4. Clear category overview of your account and which actions expect the most result in optimization. Not all can be copied 1:1, but it gives a very good idea

1. That ROAS pacing doesnt account (yet) for conversion delay.

An amazing way to reduce manual account hygiene tasks

It gives an overview of the most important subjects of your account, such as disapprovals, optimizations and outliers. I like the fact that it gives you a clear overview and you know how your account is doing in a couple of minutes.

Aspetti negativi:

To benefit from all the features you need to make time to implement all necessary information such as budgets and targets. Since these budgets and targets could change often or are not completely set and stone this requires some time.

Commenti: It has been great for the management of all our accounts and keeping track of budgeting, also the addition of the CPA tracking has been an awesome tool t help us prio4etize which accounts need optimizing

-I love having once place to see and manage all the account that I oversee versus having to sift through accounts managed by others -The recommendations are great when I am stumped and not seeing what other optimizations I could be making -The CPA and budget pacing tools are great for keeping track of spend and seeing an overall idea of how camping is looking for CPA performance

Could share or push more of the training and updates, as I am not sure what AB testing and data import options they have available

Commenti: I like TrueClicks as a tool to evaluate my campaigns once every two weeks. To investigate errors and quick wins.

I like it that you can easily see what critical errors are in the account and if there are other errors with a high priority. Besides, you can easily make changes to ads and settings within TrueClicks. You don't necessarily need to navigate to Google Ads to make important changes.

Aspetti negativi:

Sometimes optimizations are not important or relevant for the ads account, but you get a lower account percentage in TrueClicks when you keep these optimizations open. In case you want a high TrueClicks score, you might make some changes you are not 100% fond off.

Commenti: My team uses it daily to monitor campaigns and never miss an issue. Also very useful to put projects on the roadmap thanks to deeper analysis on quality score, impression share or match types.

Plug and play, simple to use and good tips. The tool goes beyond simple analysis and gives you best practices reminders. You can see it was built by real PPC experts; and a beginner could step up really fast just by using it.

Not much I dislike except seeing a low Trueclicks score for a client when the reasons are out of my control

Great tool for keeping track of your ad account's hygiene

Aspetti positivi:

I like to use this tool couple times per week to check all accounts I manage for any problems or optimisations. Information about accounts also includes non-bidding changes' amount which helps to prioritize focus between all accounts. Most invaluable feature to me would be indication about errors in the account and function which allows you to fix errors through Trueclicks platform, without the need of opening any of the accounts on Google Ads platform.

Aspetti negativi:

Performance indication emails can get a bit too spammy. Also query mining doesn't always makes sense, but it still is nice-to-have functionality. Under performing landing pages is also often dismissed by me since most of the times the landing pages are either specific for the ad or limited in number which kind of ties my hands when it comes to changing them.

The quick overview of the status of your accounts, the score initially raises a flag when somethings wrong. Hygien tasks which normally takes a lot of time are now a piece of cake. With this we can garantuee a overall quality of our clients accounts

The only thing we missed was the ability to download reports and visuals of campaign results to share directly with our clients.
