> **Vantaggi**: When benchmarking different feedback solutions, I fell in love with Teamspective's feedback philosophy which is a perfect match to our feedback culture. I like how people are empowered to take responsibility of their own growth and learning instead of manager-led solution. Teamspective is also easy to implement and very intuitive to use.

> **Inconvenienti**: Teamspective is a relatively new solution at the market and still constantly improving. Therefore, it might be that some features are missing in Teamspective that you could find in more mature tools. For example, earlier the pulse analytics were not fully serving our needs, but they have been  improved a lot during this year (team is constantly improving the tool based on customer requests).
