You can absolutely access your software outside of the office without losing your desktop via an app which is assessible to you now, we also have cloud options if that is something you would prefer, but it is not required. There are also many features included in your package at no extra charge to you which you guys are not taking advantage of. Please give us a call so we can discuss this further. In looking at your account, you are paying a 3rd party company for services that EZBIS can provide you and most of those features are included in your package. You'd save a lot of money should you consider making it all in one.

Easiest Software and the Could Option is sensational.

Commenti: I have worked with EZbis since the 1980"s and this product has been so advanced and is a one stop shop. Billing -Collections, Front desk signing in electronically, working with the credit card company with ease via Front desk and Batch entry, letters, texting, reminders, and most of all verifying insurance instantly. The reports and statistics are outstanding as well so that the doctor can see what he doing monthly. The inventory scanning and using barcode scanner is fabulous as well..

The ease of use and the functionality that EZ Bis offers is outstanding. The Cloud version is hands down the best option. Billing and Collections has been simplified and makes the product simple to use and teach. There are many software programs on the market and this one for our doctors office has been fantastic! We are looking forward to even more advancements in the program. There is no reason not to use this product and EZ Bis support- No excuses! This will help any business stay over 90% collected as well.

Aspetti negativi:

I only wish that there was a Doc-u sign availability so that the docs could import their forms the way they like them and we would have the patients sign them and interface, then we could load them directly into the account.

EZ Bis Review

One of my favorite features is the group scheduling option. We have treatment plans that can be three times weekly for 4-5 weeks and the ease of scheduling all the appointments of once is very efficient.

Aspetti negativi:

There are two areas specifically I would like to see improved upon. One is when entering patient medications into EHR the list of medications is MG specific and MANY MANY of our patients NEVER list that and typically do not even know themselves. It would be nice if there were just an option with the name of the medication only and also you cannot move forward until the date medication was started was entered that is another thing patients do not always know. If that was just an option to enter and not a requirement it would make entering the information much more correct. Also in the EHR there is limited space for symptoms and you cannot remove any symptoms to make room for new ones if they have been used. Specific to us there may have been used once many many years ago but we know we do not use it, it would be nice to be able to remove to make room for symptoms that need to be added.

Hi Emily, thanks for your review. There are a couple flags going off here as I read these issues you are having. MG specific was an old requirement for MIPS clinics, which you guys are still licensed and never called in to remove after notifying clinics that this was no longer a requirement (some clinics wanted to keep the old settings). Please call the office to get an update to your software. The EHR program works much smoother without those old settings.

EZ Biz is the best!

Aspetti positivi:

It is easy to use and navigate. You can pull any report with ease and it be accurate, that saves me so much time. I have used other EMR's in the past and EZ Biz is by far the best! It is easy to use, customer service is always professional, polite, and helpful. Also, there are no long wait times when you run into any issue, which rarely happens, but when it does it is fixed ASAP. They even help train you when you hire a new employee if you need. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

Maybe, sending the records to the clearinghouse, Infinedi. But it is ok, but if I had to chosse that would be what I'd say.

It has yet to be implemented by CMS. When they specify a file format for such transactions in the future (hopefully), we could then comply.

EZ Bis Review

Commenti: It has overall been a good experience. When we first started using EZ Bis it would have been very helpful to have been told to get both Front Desk and Collection Desk modules at the very beginning. Have to change to OPEN ITEM accounts a couple of years later when we added Collection Desk was a bit complicated, especially reconciling the old insurance claim information.

Being able to call and speak directly to customer support is extremely helpful!

Aspetti negativi:

When using the Front Desk or Collection Desk modules, it would be very helpful when exiting from a patient's account and searching for another patient with the Select Patient search window, that it would go DIRECTLY back to the same letter of the last name of that previous patient. Example if the last name begins with S, when exiting that patient's account, the window should go directly back to the names that begin with S. This especially occurs when reviewing ERAs because they are listed alphabetically.

Thank you for the review Dr. O, we appreciate your business. Your lack of knowledge concerning certain modules is a fair complaint. Our sales team could have done a better job to educate you on the various modules and how they work hand in hand. However, since your purchase of the software over 10 yrs ago we have created new "packages" to include particular modules to help in these areas mentioned. We also have "a la carte" pricing as well for those clinics that wish to build as they go.

EZBIS now and in the future

I believe customer service is the number one thing I value the most regarding EZBIS. We are currently working with EZBIS to implement our office soap notes electronically into the patients account within the EZBIS program so that we will be able to send them with electronic billing. EZBIS is open to new ideas and allows our office to grow and improve with the program.

Aspetti negativi:

I would like to see some improvements under the conditions tab. When I enter an updated diagnosis that is dated, I would like for it to automatically be applied to the patients date of service and each procedure as it relates to the corresponding date of diagnosis. As the program operates now I have to manually add the updated diagnosis to each procedure from the date of the diagnosis to present.

Regarding the condition/diagnosis, what you describe sounds like a training issue. You're putting the cart before the horse, so to speak. When printing billing statements a feature that would help is to be able to sort out certain patients, or a certain price range that we don't want to print out. We have an issue that the program shuts down ALOT every single day, it becomes cumbersome to log in every few minutes, especially when we have a patient in front of us.

Thanks for the suggestions on statement printing, You may not know about all of the options for filtering patients who receive statements, such as sending to specific account categories or omitting statements for patients with a zero or credit balance. We will add your ideas to our enhancement list however. You may also consider sending electronic statements to save yourself time and money. Regarding the shutdowns of the software, this is extremely uncommon and sounds like WIFI or an internet related issue on the clinics side. Without details I can only guess. Give us a call so we can help you troubleshoot.

Commenti: We use the appointment system that send reminders to the patients via there cell phone. This has helped with out retention and patient compliance.

I purchased Ezbis years ago and this is one of the Software programs offered to the Chiropractic Profession that has been able to adapt and grow with the many changes that our industry has to comply with government regulations. e.g. Hippa Soap Notes, and Electronic Billing to name a few.

Aspetti negativi:

As with any program, there is always room for improvements. Ezbis has been always open to suggestions that make the program more adaptable.

Commenti: Customer support has been good. I use it very sparingly. email support is free, but there is generally a time lag with this . Phone support is more immediate for critical issues.

My favorite part of the program is the survey generator, it is an older DOS logic set up but once you learn it's quirks it is really useful. aI use it weekly to check claim information and sentimental emailing lists mailing. looking up lost patients and tons of other details.

Aspetti negativi:

I ran into a bunch of issues on electronic claims process in 2003. IT put me out of business and lost thousands to unpaid claims continuing to be lost is the "system". Started back in years later and went cash and haven't looked back.

Best Software for Chiropractors

Commenti: I have been using EZ BIS for over 16 years now, sometimes for different offices that used to use something else. EZ BIS has never let me down. From the beginning when I had so much to learn they were there and helped me so much. Especially with all my claim issues. They have a great team and their customer service is off the chart.

I love you can sit down with a New Employee and within Minutes, they have the basics to go into the program and see what they need to. Within three days they are moving around in EZ BIs with ease. They work hard to make sure you are compliant. If there is a box to fill out. FILL IT OUT. It is there because it is needed and makes sure you have what you need.

Aspetti negativi:

Health Insurance is changing to fast. We now have clever underwriters who write out things, or apply ded to one service and not another, or copay to one service and co insurance to another. Soft max. Hard max. I think for all the changes we could use a box to explain a little better in General screen but for now we will just go put it in memos. (but EZ bis will be all over it soon.)

Hey Andrew. We appreciate the review. Perhaps you are not aware, but EZBIS offers both an on-premise, server-based application and also a cloud-hosted version. Many customers prefer the locally-installed software so that they have complete control of the patient data. Others prefer the convenience of cloud-based software. So, we offer both!

Great Chiropractic Software!

Aspetti positivi:

EZ-Bis software is constantly updating to stay abreast of all the new medical legislature. It is ICD-10 ready and makes the transition as easy as possible for me as a doctor and for our staff. I have been doing the EHR compliance for the past couple of years and have passed and been paid without any difficulty. The customer service is amazing. They offer training to all my new staff and are easy to contact in the event of a problem. The software company is great at breaking down what our clinic needs to know when legislation changes or when they have updated their system. The program is extremely user friendly, everything is easy to find and input. Most of our claims sent electronically through the program come back within the week and are paid directly to my bank account. If there is a claim error the system catches it immediately or the processing center alerts my staff if the insurance company rejected the claim.

Aspetti negativi:

Nothing. Their customer service is great! We have already transitioned from ICD-9 to ICD-10. They are great with following up with any technical difficulty we have encountered within a timely manner.
