Aspetti positivi:

Adoro questo software e lo uso da diversi anni ormai, principalmente lo utilizzo per ordinare gli utensili, gli alimenti e le forniture per la pulizia, molto comodo e veloce.

Aspetti negativi:

A volte è un po' macchinoso per l'aggiunta dei codici.

Commenti: SAP concur è sicuramente un software che agevola la parte amministrativa dell'ufficio. Tuttavia, ho trovato molto difficile il suo utilizzo.

Commenti: Sap è sicuramente una grande realtà sia nel pubblico che nel privato e ogni volta dimostra di essere altamente professionale e non solo con i software di punta ma anche con quelli considerati di corredo. Il top !

Pianificazione dei viaggi semplice ed intuitiva corredata da molteplici funzioni che nel tempo si sono rivelate molto utili. Interessante la possibilità di operare anche tramite app mobile

Le note spese sono comunque un impegno per il dipendente. Questo applicativo le rende di facile gestione, caricamenti molto rapidi e l’interfaccia è abbastanza intuitiva. Sicuramente semplifica la vita.

La UX potrebbe essere migliorata e resa più tipo applicazione sito web che gestionale.

Commenti: Our company uses SAP Concur to handle all of its travel and expense requests. It's unique to each trip and gives the Accounts team lots of specifics to double check. Total distance can be calculated using a margin calculator that displays the shortest route using Google Maps.

It's important to note that there are obstacles or restrictions I face when utilizing SAP Concur. For example, the learning curve involved with implementing new software can be steep.

There are better Expense Reporting Platforms Out There

Commenti: Concur is not good fit for admins that are managing expenses for 8-10 bankers. It can take 3 hours to submit one report. The UI is terrible and it incorrectly matches receipts. The mobile version also has had glitches, making it impossible for bankers to comment on their expenses. 3/10

Concur is the most widely used expense reporting platform in the financial industry. It is easy to learn and a good skill for admins to have.

Aspetti negativi:

Concur is slow and the new interface makes processing expenses for several people an arduous process. Its user interface is clunky and there's no way to mass edit expenses. It feels like it wasn't built for the people who are using it the most. There's also several fields to submit one expense. Removing an incorrect attached receipt also takes several steps and is not intuitive.

So easy to use

Commenti: The product is simple to use and deploy. As a user and approver for my team, I can easily keep track of everyone's expenses as well as do my own. It's so much easier than using a spreadsheet and attaching paper receipts.

I've used Concur for years and it's really great at expense management. I typically travel 4-5 times per month and to different countries. The ability to easily manage multi-currency makes this software ideal.

Not much I don't like about the software. Very rarely it is not available due to updates, but that doesn't happen more than 1x per year and it impacts me.

Concur is a great way for a company to manage employees' expenses. You can customize and input your own controls to ensure that employees cannot take advantage of the system and that any fraudulent activity is prevented.

Aspetti negativi:

The one part that SAP Concur could improve upon is that they could provide more flexibility with the missing receipt affidavits. At our company, we require employees to have itemized receipts along with the credit card receipt to verify the legitimacy of their purchase. If an employee is missing one of them, they can attach the receipt that they have, but cannot create a missing receipt affidavit for the one they are missing.

1. Sometime it works very slow which further lead to delay in financial reporting .2. Quite expensive for small scale businesses3. Customer support is not good.

Great user interface unlike other tools i have used before .Uploading bills and other documents are easy and also ability to monitor status of the request raised and also updates are sent via email when the request is updated accepted or declined

It does not keep the history of previous reports ,It keeps history of month or two.Older reports are deleted.This creates a problem when you want see older bills details or dates
