È un prodotto molto valido e completo che permette di gestire, modificare ed esportare file di lavoro comuni a molti dipendenti. Primo utilizzavamo Excel, ma adesso con questo software ci troviamo meglio

Replicon simplifies and automates

Commenti: Very happy. We have only gone live in last few weeks and are working through existing projects to update. Over the next 6 months we expect to see major improvement in business operations.

The team at Replicon have bent over backwards to assist us with implementation. We have implemented Replicon to consolidate the tasks of around 10 other tools and improve our internal user experience (people completing timesheets). The Replicon install team have helped to implement our current workflows using Replicon functionality.

Aspetti negativi:

Invoicing is proving challenging. Still working on how to make this workflow work for our accounts team.

Excellent Technical Support

Commenti: Implementation was brutal. Once we were up and running, we've encountered some issues, but mostly due to our own user error. The great part, and saving grace, has been technical support. Anytime we do have an issue, someone is there to jump on a Zoom or call with us and fix it quickly. Ganesh and others have been our lifesavers.

Their enhanced technical support is definitely worth the money. Being on the west coast in the US, we need assistance at different times. We can call/email/etc. tech support 24/7 and get almost immediate assistance. We use Replicon in limited ways for two reasons. First, you can enter your time online or from the app, making it very easy. Second, we need to track our time against clients' projects for billing purposes, and the Replicon system makes that easy.

Aspetti negativi:

The implementation process was brutal. Because we're an HR consulting firm, we don't need all of the bells & whistles offered by Replicon. We initially planned on using the invoicing module, but the interface with QuickBooks didn't allow for the specificity needed for reporting, so we now export reports and issue invoices through QB. There's a work around for everything!

Commenti: Good for small businesses who want to track time, expenses and vacations and manage small, non-complex projects. As soon as you talk about managing larger projects with tasks, resource allocations etc., you quickly come to the software's limitation.

Project management, ressource management.All the project management modules that don't talk to each other cause problems in data analysis and management. The lack of flexibility, the impossibility of configuring it to our needs. The lack of customization according to our business policies opens the door to many errors. The way the software is designed to do its own analysis and interpretation of our data causes incongruities in the data, and it's impossible to turn these options off.

Easy to use and love the Admin Chat support. very fast response and help. [sensitive content hidden] has been assigned to my case multiples times and he is resourceful and efficient and always looks for solution as a rapid way otherwise he creates as case and works on and gets back to you in a timely matter with solutions available.

Would prefer a neater look to billing report that does not display filters used when creating report.

Commenti: Happy with consideration of improvements, there are some features we require which we found is not possible in the standard version of Replicon. However otherwise find that the applications works well for all other requirements for our Business.

Customization - being able to add custom fields and report on them without the need of development.

Aspetti negativi:

Daily and weekly submissions which also require approvals. The system also needs approvals to happen on both levels. This is an area we would like Replicon to consider. Holiday calendar changes - tracking by date when an individual moves to a different holiday calendar. Fixed monthly billing - if the system did not need to wait until a month is completed for billing to populate into reports. We had to add a custom field in order to see our fixed type projects billing if we wanted to pull a report during the course of the week.

Replicon is a robust time keeping system with dynamic reporting and excellent product support. I routinely call upon the Replicon Support team -- they are incredibly responsive and helpful.

Aspetti negativi:

Some features, like overtime tracking, could be improved -- if you enter 10 hours into a day, it is not possible to track which project is responsible for the additional hours of work time.

Performance issues at times. Some features were removed from Gen3 that were in Gen2 that were very useful for the Administrator.

Powerful System, Steep Learning Curve

Replicon is robust and can be used in so many different time reporting contexts. Given that, I think it's a good system in terms of flexibility.

There is a steep learning curve. It's difficult to learn, but it is powerful. Be ready to take at least 6+ months to learn it well for your specific time reporting context/situation.
