I have had a very positive experience, and always have all question and concerns handled quickly.
Commenti: This software greatly improved the efficiency of our Recruitment and Onboarding processes, allowed a more universal experience among our multiple divisions. Improved organization, follow through and communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Aspetti positivi:
Ease of use, ability to format and customize for my specific needs, outstanding customer support and constant updates based on customer feedback.
Aspetti negativi:
I don't have any true complaints. A few processes feel a bit cumbersome and could be made more streamlined. I would like to see an app rolled out in the near future, as it is not always the easiest to do tasks within the system from a mobile device.

Commenti: I think it will help us to smoothen out our recruiting and onboarding process.

I liked the organization's knowledge of the construction workspace. Construction has it's own unique challenges when it comes to managing employees.

We're not far enough into the project to know what we don't like.
More Time Spent on Development and Customer Service
Commenti: There is a lot of potential, but I would not recommend this as a solution to anyone.

The software has potential but is not ready to be marketed.

Their customer service is terrible. The response time is terrible, so hopefully you do not have issues as you are trying to process payroll. Their settings are very black and white. If you want something excluded you have to exclude all options. Their time-rounding features sound great in theory but do not work reliably. There is a lot of time spent making sure that time is entered correctly. At this point, I don't think we will ever be able to retire paper timesheets as the entry is not trustworthy.
Effective organization to potential and contracted employees.
Commenti: With this system I have automated every step of the life cycle of employees with the ease of which is an integrated, cloud-based system.

What I like about BirdDogHR is offering me a variety of features and services to streamline the tracking of applicants and monitoring performance, and foster collaboration and participation of employees.
Aspetti negativi:
The downside of this software is that it does not include the module where you can plan an employee compensation.
Life changer!
Commenti: We used to get hundreds of time cards a week and now I audit and track my guys through this software, I can not recommend it enough!

The instant access to the guys time and location. and the maps on the sitehub are a life saver! no more printing 50 maps every morning!

Report sorting. there are only predefined sorting options I would like to be able to sort by any field I want. I get around it by downloading them into excel however it would be nice not to have to do that.

Aspetti positivi:
The software has made marketing our agency much more effective from a recruiting perspective. The experience of the recruiter, hiring managers and most importantly, the candidates, has been extremely satisfactory.
Aspetti negativi:
I'd like to see more flexibility and robustness in the reporting functionality of the software. The out-of-the box reports aren't that useful for my needs and I'd like to be able to customize reports without having to download to Excel and manipulate data in that way.

Very easy set up, features are very convenient and precise. Employees enjoy the convenience and payroll becomes a breeze.
Aspetti negativi:
Not many bad things about this product, perhaps GPS accuracy can be tweak a bit but I thin k that may have deal with devices being used on as well.

So far, the software has been very effective with very few, if any, issues.

Time is seamlessly imported into our payroll/accounting software which makes payroll a click of a button.
Aspetti negativi:
Some of the time editing can be tedious. For example, if an entire crew has a time issue, you have to fix each individual separately.

Perfectly fine if you're not wanting much out of your HR software
Commenti: ACA compliance was the reason we selected it and it did the job.
Aspetti positivi:
The support teams at InfinityHR are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. When it comes to the nitty gritty of their system they have a pretty good handle of what you need to do.
Aspetti negativi:
If you're wanting to do anything beyond their basic setup, it's going to be a real pain. The UI is years behind and creating reports is very time consuming. The UX for data entry and updating is also quite cumbersome and could use some polishing. Overall I was fairly disappointed in the product despite the efforts of their support teams to help. Support is great.

It's user friendly and it takes very little time to learn the basics and be efficient in using it, reports and performance monitoring is great, also the fact that employees now can upload their information themselves is really great.

From a small organization's perspective this product's functionalities has it all but pricing might make you think twice.
Arcoro - Moving from paper to electronic has never been easier.
Commenti: The relationship with Arcoro has been outstanding. Everyone from sales through Customer Service has been FANTASTIC. They have always been courteous and prompt whenever we have questions. I am one happy user!

To have a system that offers all the features and benefits for the price is one of the strengths of Arcoro. The software is extremely intuitive and easy for anyone to use. We have paid for the system with the paper we are not using alone.

Is it possible to be in love with a product and not have one thing to complain about? Try Arcoro for yourself and you will see why I do not see or have complaints about this package.
Okay product but horrible customer service.
Commenti: The customer service and support just makes this company downright terrible. If you could get help in a timely manner it would be decent. However, we have had the same issues occur time and time again and it still takes weeks to get a resolution.

The applicant tracking software is the only good portion of the software.
Aspetti negativi:
Absolutely the worst HR software company out there. We have been utilizing arcoro for a little over two years now. In that time frame we have had countless issues with the software and it takes well over a month to get most issues resolved. The customer support it terrible and when you try to take the concerns to their supervisors, you just get met with more frustrations. We have a designated account rep who cannot help with anything and is out of the office most of the time. I would not recommend this software especially for the cost as well. Many other great options out there.
Keep Looking for a Better Solution
Commenti: Look at other options. There are so many out there, many that are more integrated with an HRMS and that have responsive customer service. Consider your candidate experience as well and you'll find a better solution.

*It's geared to my industry (Construction). *It's also used by several others in my industry which can help people in our industry find postings for open jobs. *They also manage some of the free boards that are specific to the construction industry. *The system does make it easy for multiple people to be informed when an application is completed.
Aspetti negativi:
*The user experience leaves a great deal to be desired. Both for applicants and recruiters. When I used this system, I often wondered how many people abandoned the application mid-way through the process. (I was hired using this system and I was certainly not impressed by the ATS.) *The system is not very intuitive. *The system tries to rate candidates for you but we found the criteria used to be very poor. The 5-star applicants were often very poor candidates and the low scoring candidates were often a better fit. *Emails informing you of new applications are sent only once per day rather than as they happen. *When there were concerns, customer service rarely had solutions. They are not terribly responsive (except in the last few days before your contract is up for renewal).

These concerns are very easily addressed and resolved by open communication with customer care and configuration changes to the system. We feel we endeavored to help you and meet your needs. We appreciated our multi-year business relationship with Story Construction.
75% of the time I really enjoy exaktime. The other 25% of the time I have problems with it.

I really like being able to track hours and records, and run customized reports. I also like that we don't have to bring the clocks in to collect the hours.
Aspetti negativi:
The thing I like least about the software is the updates. Every time it updates, another problem is created. I am not a person who gets frustrated easily, but after years of bad experiences with customer support I tend to get frustrated easily when I have to talk to them. We usually run into problems while doing payroll, and then we have to wait for them to call us back. After they call back I have to spend a couple hours on the phone trying to troubleshoot the problem, at the most inconvenient time. We purchased the software in 2011, and so we know how it works and what reports are available because we have been using the same functions and reports for years. If something breaks and I call in to support I am frequently told that has never been an option and if it was than it was a flaw in the program, or that we have been doing things wrong and we shouldn't be doing our payroll the way we are doing it.

It does help keep track of time and automate time date collection
Aspetti negativi:
It is clunky and slow. When you start to enter time it sits through a "receiving" process that can take several minutes while you wait for it to be ready for you. When task switching it sometimes does the same. There should be an option to turn off time for a task other than exiting out completely or using the meal break - sometimes you need to stop timekeeping for a period. I end up using the meal break several times a day for this which ends up showing excessive breaks but it is better than exiting out completely each time. At the end of the day as a user the app slows me down and can be quite aggravating.

terrible policies on refunds

we used it for years. paid for a brand new yearly plan of over $3,000 only to find a month later that our hornets do not work any longer because they are out dated 2-3g. Exaktime should have made us aware of this before they renewed our policy. Told us only thing we could do is buy new hardware. Refused to refund our $.. WOULD NEVER TREAT A CUSTOMER LIKE THIS..

We have had a horrible time with Arcoro from the beginning. We were sold a service that was not available for us and forced to purchase more features.
Onboarding went well but since then Customer service has been horrible. You have to email at least 2 times to get a response and they rarely have the answers you are looking for.
I have used multiple ATS and HRIS systems and have never experienced a product or support team like this.

Price point, but now wish we spent a little more to have a working platform and support.
Aspetti negativi:
Customer Support and the product itself. The product features rarely work and are not user friendly in the slightest.

The updates have been better, and faster. This makes payroll a lot easier and keeps employees honest

I like that you are able to leave comments on the actual timecards, it saves a lot of time from the field notes. I also like that you can see where the employees are clocking in and out from. I wish it would automatically ask them .. "Why are you clocking in here outside of the geotracker" so that they have to answer or say it was a mistake and they meant to clock out earlier. I also like all the different security settings.

The part that I least like about it is that when I am adjusting the time records, it can be very slow. Also, there are way too many report options and it is hard to figure out the right one you want and it takes too long.

Company uses the Hornet job clocks to send data and now clocks do not work because of the 4G-5G

Product and software worked fine for 2 plus years.
Aspetti negativi:
Clocks are outdated and company did not prevent clock from going down. As others have said they hurried and got our money for service contract for year before we had clocks going down. We ordered new and received a few and had bad ones that have RMAs and have to wait for replacements. At this time we are manually entering about 150 hand written time cards in to website and it is very costly.
Recruiting software that is for too difficult for others to easily use.
Commenti: Very little. I don't like the software at all. It is too difficult and time consuming to manage.

Once a job is entered/posted, it is easy to repost it to other locations if needed. It is value priced so that is the reason my company uses it.
Aspetti negativi:
Difficult for the site managers to use. It is a program built for recruiters - not the common manager. BirdDogHR will do updates that will mess up what you have established such as an application but you don't know until applicants say something. It is cumbersome and not at all easy to navigate.

At the time your system crashed you were not covered under a support agreement; however, we recovered your data and upgraded your system (at a discounted rate) to our new cloud-based solution, which includes many new helpful features and unlimited support. We have reached out to you several times to provide training, but all of our calls have gone unanswered. Good and basic

Once the decision was made to purchase the ATS module we were up and running very quickly. Our contact helped set up our first job posting and walked us through various options--customer support was great. They still check in to see how we are doing and what they can do for us. Our job postings look neat and professional. Links all worked perfectly .
Aspetti negativi:
Would like more flexibility for our landing page for ATS. Some choices in layout or background and imbedded links or photographs or video. I'm not sure how effective the upgrades for various job boards is for us. Posting with colleges through Handshake would be nice. A little less clicking would be nice.

We hated that when it came time to renew for our third year of use, the price had nearly tripled what we'd been paying the previous two years.

Great system to use for basic HRIS functions
Commenti: I've never used BirdDog HR until my company decided to try it out. Initially, it was hard for me to adapt. I was able to get in contact with a team member and after receiving training on the systems capabilities and options, it had a lot offer and was pleased.

It is easy to understand how the system works.
Aspetti negativi:
System is slow and times out quickly. I don't like how when I want to filter through, I don't have the option to filter open, closed or all requisitions.
