> **Vantaggi**: I love how very self explanatory Dr. Chrono is.  I find it very easy to navigate from reporting to scheduling. The support staff is very responsive and attentive for any and all questions. Any time I needed assistance I received responses promptly. Every staff member that I spoke with always took the time to show me step by step instructions and were always available for follow up questions down the road.

> **Inconvenienti**: The biggest problem that my clinic has run into with this software is that we have three different doctors in our practice that each have there own ways of taking payments,  but because we only have one license for Dr. Chrono is hard to know which doctor the patient owes money too considering they see all three. We have worked around the problem, but it's very time consuming.&#10;Also the reporting was very minimal but has gotten better through the years

> **Vantaggi**: I liked being able to work with an iPad on it. Their big claim is that it was designed for use through ios systems and iPad. I feel like they put a lot of effort into it at first and have not progressed since the iPad was first released. The bottom line is that it could be sooo much better than it is.

> **Inconvenienti**: The meetings with the Apollo+ team. They did not listen to us on a consistent basis. After attending meetings for 3 months and telling them the same thing for several weeks in a row, I gave up and just tried to do as I was told. We had to basically cancel Collectly because it did not function as advertised. My patients received bills from Collectly the same day as their appointment before my biller could enter their copays. I LOST PATIENTS BECAUSE OF THIS DRCHRONO.

> I lost patients because of DrChono's inablity to work well with Collectly. Patients were being double billed or billed for things things that they had already paid for. To correct this we had to cancel Collectly and work a lot of hours to remove the billing issues from our end. On top of that we lost patients because they were billed for things that we told them that they were going to be receiving a cash discount on.

### "TERRIBLE COMPANY WITH UNRELIABLE SOFTWARE\!\!" — 1.0/5

> **Vantaggi**: Starting out as a new provider opening my practice I had only ever worked with DrChrono as an intern at a different practice and he didn't have much positive or negative things to say about the software but I decided to sign up with them when I opened. In the beginning (about 8 years ago) there were less features, it wasn't as expensive per month and the customer service was decent.
> 
> **Inconvenienti**: As time went on and they kept launching new features (most we didn't use) the platform became more and more unstable. We started having issues with online booking and in total lost prob 20k or more in lost revenue from all the issues, time spent dealing with poor and frankly rude customer service reps. After about 6 months of them trying to fix all the issues they then raised the price of the software every year, and required a year contract in excess of over 1500 a month for a small practice with 3 providers. Software like Jane and Chirotouch charge a third of that and have far less issues. At one point we had over 15 support tickets open because insurance claims were coming back incorrect, appts were vanishing from our schedule, the software would go offline for hours during normal working business hours and many many other issues.

> Myself and my team have had nothing but problems for years with DrChrono. The only reason we didn't switch to a better platform sooner was because my entire practice and systems were built around the software so switching and training on new software was such a huge undertaking (and they are aware of that and why they raise prices 10-15% each year for their customers). We lost soooo much time and money with all the issues we've had with them. After deciding to leave and switch to a better software, they have now sent us to collections for the remaining 2 months they say we owe for the software we are no longer using. I should be suing them for all of the mishandled insurance claims, security breaches and lost medical records that patients are requesting. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TERRIBLE\!

> **Inconvenienti**: Although it is simplified it is not as intuitive as other scheduling systems. There is a larger learning curve for front desk staff. User permissions are also overly complex with too many menu options.

> **Vantaggi**: Was great the first 3 years. Now that new company took over it’s a disaster.

> **Inconvenienti**: Claims processing is completely horrific.  Since they moved to I house clearing house from Trizetto we have had no claims processed in 2 months.  There is no real support anymore.  You cannot talk to a person.  It takes weeks to get a response.  And their staff is incredibly uneducated in claims billing.   We never had these problems before.   Even appointment scheduling had been an issue with losing data recently.  They refuse to cancel my contract even though I did not agree to a fee increase or a renewal.  I did not sign a contract with the new company.  They refuse to speak on the phone. Their customer service is non-existent.  They couldn’t care less if you are happy with the service or not.
