We have multiple dental offices and they don't all utilize the same backend system. The nice thing about ProEDI is that we are able to modify EDI maps so they align with each branch's IT system. The translation happens automatically in the background, and the few times we've needed Support their team from Cleveland has been great. We eventually found some software options out there, but they were geared towards fortune 500 companies. ProEDI worked with us on the pricing since we just needed something simple, and didn't want to pay monthly fees.
