10/10 Recreation Management Platform

Commenti: Customer support from the very beginning during setup to the occasional troubleshooting question has been top notch. I have always been able to resolve any roadblocks that I have ran into. Overall, it is a very easy platform to use.

Aspetti positivi:

I really like the ease and functionality of accepting online individual player registrations as well as special event registrations and payments.

Aspetti negativi:

I don't really use the game scheduling function, but only because I have used another program for so long, and I have not taken time to learn the TeamSideline game scheduling option of this platform.

TeamSideline is your best choice for sports league management systems

Commenti: My overall experience with Team Sideline is very processional and efficient. The support staff is world class.

Aspetti positivi:

There are many things to like. The initial "sales" process went very smooth with multiple demos to make sure our requirements could be met. Since we have been a customer (our 8th season)- we have asked for multiple changes and the high priority ones have been implemented. And the functionality/fixes that has gone into the product have helped our families and or admins do their job quickly and efficiently. Lastly the personal US support is really good. I personally am responsible for the scheduling side of our youth basketball, and they answer my inquiries clear and helpful

Aspetti negativi:

sometimes responding to an OOPS screen takes longer than expected however they do respond within an hour or so and the response identifies the reason and what needs to be changed to avoid it again.

Couldn't live without Teamsideline!

Commenti: I can't live without teamsideline! This has made such an improvement to our overall softball program. Once we got all of the teams using the site regularly, it has been such a great asset! Love being able to quickly and easily post schedules and playoffs and then notify everyone to check. Thanks Teamsideline! I am so appreciative of your efforts to helping make my program great!

Easy for ASA rep (Cassi) to bill us accordingly - spring only. Thank for for the timestamps on the schedules, that was a huge addition!

Difficult to "build" home page Roster functionality is limited Wish it was easier to move teams between divsions (especially at a half-way point in season) Page splash is tempermental, can't see what it would look like without going out and coming back in. Wish there was a way to track the ASA registered teams here.

TeamSideline - just do it

Commenti: Coming from League Athletics and SportsEngine, TeamSideline has been a night/day experience. They have promptly responded to every single question (and there have been a lot), they have robust "How-To" documentation, and they have put most of our suggested changes into production. You will not find this with any other company.

As an administrator, TeamSideline has far exceeded my expectations in regards to customer service and usability.

Aspetti negativi:

The Android app received a recent major update which has dramatically improved usability. The IOS app has not yet received the same major update.

The registrations, scheduling, team placements, etc. are easy to use and simplify things. The absolutely best part of Team Sideline is the customer service. Every time I have reached out with a question it is answered very quickly and in simple terms that I can understand. I would recommend Team Sideline to anyone!

The ease at which you can communicate and update with your team ensures that everyone is on the same page and prepared days ahead in scheduling. I know that parents especially families with multiple children truly appreciate the ability to schedule events in advance while also being notified of changes quickly.

Commenti: I have been a board member for over 9 years and president for three and a half and the main user of TeamSideline. It has made my football life so much easier than it might have been otherwise.

TeamSideline has helped The WCFL grow from 260 kids in tackled football to over 400 this season and 350 kids in flag football to almost 800. There system makes it is easy to set up your season, easy to send marketing and informational emails to our families and prospective members and it has created a great all-in-one website for our league.

There is a learning curve but there is great customer service to help you and once you do it once, you will know everything you need to run your league.

For many years our organization used a different service provider; they offered little or no customer service, tech support and the client was very user unfriendly. We then choose to search for a new provider, in our search we found Bruce from TeamSideline. We explained our situation and needs to Bruce and he assured us that he could solve all of our problems and help improve our families interface with our website. Not only did Bruce and the Staff at TeamSideline clear up all our issues they have gone above and beyond helping us improve our website and user interaction. No matter how small or large the issue they tackle (pun intended) the situation quickly and efficiently. The Staff at TeamSideline replies to e-mails usually within the hour no matter the time of day and follow up with us to make sure the problem was solved and that we were completely happy with them. I recommended TeamSideline to all of our organizations that I speak to.

Cons- haven't found any yet after a few years of using TeamSideline. As the volunteer commissioner of a youth football league I have many issues to contend with throughout the year. I'm personally grateful to TeamSideline's ability to quickly and effectively support managing our websites, it has taken a huge burden off of me. For those of you still using the older, larger services you are doing yourself and your families a huge disservice.

I was able to learn and use the system last season by watching the online videos and using the FAQ's that are very thorough. Anytime I need any extra help with something the support team is quick to respond with help. I highly recommend TeamSideline not only because the system works well, but because the support team always goes above and beyond in providing excellent customer service!

The software is fine, parents creating multiple accounts instead of asking for their password can be a problem!

Why didn't I use this software sooner?

By that evening I was signed on, and by the next afternoon our softball league was set up with a full site with a complete schedule including playoff brackets.
