> **Inconvenienti**: The ability to secure a connection with audience. We had multiple dropped sessions and attendees werent able to get into the event. When we took this concern to customer support they told us there was nothing they could do about this issue.

> Ultimately, we discovered that their platform cannot withstand the number of attendees our event has which caused an array of issues during the event.  Their customer service did not help us fix these issues which led to us finding a new vendor.

I think if you could keep the data on the event would be better.
