If you're considering buying SaaS, don't waste your money or your time. At first, everything seemed fine, but the product is very unstable. There are so many bugs and errors that it’s simply impossible to use the product, let alone sell it. I had customers, but I lost them all precisely because of the product’s instability. There are even major security flaws. For example, one account would receive payments intended for another business. Imagine how many problems that causes. And it took them a while to admit that it was their mistake. Fortunately, this issue has been resolved as of today. However, almost every week there’s a new bug that will simply drive your customers away. Perhaps in the future they’ll fix these bugs and have a stable product.
