> **Vantaggi**: We use Native Teams with HeroHunt.ai and it's great. It's by far the most affordable Employer of Record (EOR) service provider and they have good customer support and success. Basically everything is arranged through email, so they can make some improvements to do things through the dashboard, but overall, I get things done quicker with them over email than with other EORs over dashboard. Great service, definitely recommended.

> **Inconvenienti**: After the Sales call, and signing up for Native Teams, it became quite clear that there were overpromises on almost every topic I was looking for.

\> Wrong Gross to Net Calculation provided by the Native Teams Finance Team
\> Cannot withdrawal or access my own money from Native Teams' "Wallet" function, as it's being put on hold and denied after 3 business days.
\> Seeking help from the "Live" Support Chat is a no-go, as you will not get answers to all of your questions. You are lucky if you receive 1 answer to a relevant question every 24 hours.

> Frustrating and unsatisfactory. I highly suggest not using Native Teams. These two weeks have completely shattered my trust in the system. I still haven't received my money, and to top it all off, I got a message from their “Support” team that they are going to increase their prices starting next month.
