> **Vantaggi**: Since Epic Games included it in its range of solutions, stability improved a lot. The tools are varied and libraries well complete. Compatibility with different BIM software and CAD are very good.

> **Inconvenienti**: In the latest version, the datasmit plugin does not produce exactly the expected result, there is a difference in materials and their composition. Create a lot of delays.

> **Vantaggi**: The Student License it allows me to have this program for College for free, its a really great option if you cant pay for softwares of virtual tours more expensive like Lumion.
It is the altenative if you want to make architectural videos, like virtual tuors.
Easy to update the model.
The library of vegetation, people, car and animals  with movement its huge
It has a large material library, specifically water.

> **Inconvenienti**: Its not optimized for low stadistics computer, its has a lot of bugs at the text's,  its a extremely unstable program when you try to place vegetation at your model, also when you try to place animated persons and a cars.
This software its a little hard to navigate.
The layout its  a little confusing, its no clear how de move between the options

It has a lot of future, but those bugs should be fixed soon.
