As a small business, the starter package is great but I would have liked the option of having some of the features of the team package like; managing permissions for pages and folders, and making checklists, forms, and documents available to people outside of our organization. Even if that meant paying for those features as an 'add-on' to my starter package. Those are two features that we would use regularly but the price is not supportive of a team of fewer than 5 users. > > AirManual has been excellent during the onboarding process. She has walked us through every step and help us create workflows ready for the time when we move from the trial on to the starter package.
