> **Vantaggi**: The ability to customize learning environments for customers is the best. This allows you the opportunity to "sublet" your LMS. This is the easiest way out there to allow you to turn your LMS into a profit center.

> **Inconvenienti**: There are some features that can be found in premium LMSs that are not available, but the price of Docebo or SuccessFactors is also not worth those features.

> Great Bid process and we were able to try the experience prior to purchase. Great onboarding and very personalized help. Assisted with most heavy lifting like bulk user setup, single-sign-on setup, and always offered suggestions as we got started. Also listened to concerns and have been great with upgrade requests.

Employees with no experience of technology have found the system easy to use.
