Install process with vendor was thorough and customized to what we needed. Support is fantastic, I ask a lot of questions and they are always patient and helpful.

Commenti: Dealing with the organization as a whole has been outstanding. I have dealt with the CEO, Sales Executives, Product support and all of it has far surpassed other interactions I have had with other vendors.
Aspetti positivi:
The ease of creating custom assessments, also the ability to align them to controls sets that customers are looking for. We use the tool in our process as a validation tool for evidence collection on a custom set of controls. Alyne far exceeds any other tool we have looked at.
Aspetti negativi:
To this point we only had one issue and that is with some of the standard mappings, but Alyne has addressed those.
