> **Inconvenienti**: Tjere seems to be some functionality that would help make assigning classes a little easier.  Either the functionality is not there or I need more trainings.

> My experience with NEOED has been an overall positive experience.  I love using the Learn product to create and manage training for our faculty and staff.  I think our organization overall needs help with correct implementation, synergy with our data systems such as colleague and definitely training for NEOED for our community.

> **Vantaggi**: I really like the Attract Product. It has helped us reduce our teacher vacancy rate from 1000 to 80.  The virtual recruiter and ability to search candidates is extremely helpful.

> **Inconvenienti**: I wish that once we made a candidate eligible, the system recognized it, and automatically moved them to eligible/referred on a requisition. This would save so many clicks.
> 
> It’s been very positive\! It’s been a positive experience for our team to be onboarded, but a bit too many clicks - staff have struggled with the additional workload to implement.
