The chat feature with clients and prospective clients was excellent\! Real time - sent to my inbox and I could just reply via email to them. I think for a simple digital products store that you pay once and download it would be perfect\! They have an affiliate link program for my clients too - I do love that\!\!\! > > **Inconvenienti**: The client management side was difficult. Since I had courses - it was that part that was not ideal. I would have loved a teacher portal side that showed my courses on it - class lists, etc... more like canvas. Mostly it just felt clunky - hard to get around in. I thought I'd just figure it out and it would be easier but that didn't happen. Then they stopped answering my questions... no more support\! No reply when my clients on phones couldn't see my links.
