The chat feature with clients and prospective clients was excellent\! Real time - sent to my inbox and I could just reply via email to them. I think for a simple digital products store that you pay once and download it would be perfect\! Since I had courses - it was that part that was not ideal. I would have loved a teacher portal side that showed my courses on it - class lists, etc... more like canvas.
