Churn360 is very easy to set up and use. You can manage all your settings and gain deeper insights into the health of your customers. Probably one of the most powerful features of its software is the plays and automations which you can use to prompt yourself of when to help customers. Customer health scores give you insight into when customers might be about to churn so you can take corrective action.

There's not much that I dislike about Churn360. There were a few features I didn't quite understand at first but I reached out to their support team and they gave excellent help.

Easy to implement and get value out of it. Before Churn360, we used Microsoft excel to keep track of our clients, and getting insights using functions was very difficult. Now Churn360 solves these shortcomings and helped us to concentrate on better things.
