The program is pretty spendy. As customizations are added, the cost to maintain goes up.

Once learned, really easy to make small updates on your own without spending more money with the support team. Really inclusive to all types of products.

Can be tough to learn, there are so many places to get lost in the system. Places that need customized can be tough to get linked to all other fields needed if not realized up front.
Middle of the road
Commenti: We were working to find a way to use Centric as a tracking document, something that could auto fill the dates of when tasks within the development life cycle of the style were completed. It needed to update in real time and pull dates as they were happening. The closest we could get to that was to run various reports. But, it wasn't exactly what we needed it to do.
Aspetti positivi:
This software was OK, but not the best out there. It was easy enough to learn and to train junior team members to use. I especially liked to sales reps and found them to be very quick to respond and helpful when it came to questions and ways to use the system more efficiently.
Aspetti negativi:
It does the job, but is a little clunky. It seems slightly outdated. It also takes an extremely long time to PFD a tech pack.
