Sending texts and emails in bulk to participants is fantastic as this has allowed us to invite participants to be studies and ensures that we fill spaces fast. Previously we have used outlook to track appointments and our clinical staff spent hours calling and arranging appointments with our trial participants. AQ has saved us so much time and enabled our team to run more efficiently. In the labs we can plan our week by visually checking the busy and quiet days, we can prepare reagents etc for these events. Each day we print off a list to monitor our sample flow and confirm sample receipt in the labs which is super helpful for sample tracking.
